I was at Zippels today (Saturday morning) – there were four of us customers (including a whole family). The consultant present was super friendly and provided excellent support for all of us at the same time. A very pleasant, relaxed atmosphere, and they were extremely knowledgeable. The running analysis on the treadmill was very helpful, and we even had the opportunity to do a quick test run in front of the store. I'll definitely be back when it's time for my next pair of running shoes!

Very friendly salesperson, excellent advice including a running analysis. You're offered several models and can choose at your leisure. You're also encouraged to run outside and test the shoes (as requested). Of course, the shoes are expensive, but they're also high quality! And you also get information about the shoes. I'd be happy to come back.

We recently visited the store and received excellent, expert advice. They paid close attention to any foot deformities and selected shoes to correct them. What was particularly great was that the salesperson also made sure the shoes matched our personal style. Overall, it was a truly professional experience, with a good selection of shoes and a very patient salesperson (even with a fussy child in tow :-) ). In the end, we bought three pairs of shoes.
