After my newly purchased e-bike was stolen, I went to Küstenrad Pinneberg. As a customer, I expect honesty, reliability, and highly competent and friendly advice, and Melena Philipp provided all of that. I'm impressed by how incredibly well she advised both the previous and subsequent customers and coordinated everything with the workshop. Now I have an e-bike and the necessary, up-to-date knowledge about it. And if I have any further questions, I will certainly and always be happy to contact Ms. Philipp. Thank you so much!

I was there today for the first time for e-bike maintenance and I'm completely satisfied! 🤗 Everyone was very friendly and competent, and the service was top-notch. I've found my go-to workshop for my bike – highly recommended, thank you!

I can only give a clear recommendation. Very competent, friendly, and patient. The salespeople know what they're doing. You can even test ride a bike properly here. From the initial consultation to pickup, everything was as expected. I'll buy my next bike here again, but for now, the new one has to last a few years.

By far the best bike shop in Pinneberg! I called ahead on a Saturday with a flat rear tire because I was in the area. The super friendly woman told me it would be ready by the end of next week, as they didn't currently have any appointments available. In the summer, that's completely understandable… I wheeled it in, and they repaired it right there on the spot. And the billing through my insurance was completely hassle-free! They were incredibly fast last time too… I'll only ever go here from now on! Many thanks to the Küstenrad team!

Unfortunately, I have to say that Küstenrad Pinneberg has by far the worst service in Northern Germany. I bought an expensive mountain bike, and that's where the odyssey began: - On the first day, the pedals fell off and weren't screwed in tightly. - After a subsequent visit, the crank arms weren't mounted at a 180-degree angle. - Ordering the wrong spare parts, resulting in weeks of waiting. - Inspection wasn't performed properly; the brake pads weren't checked even though they were worn out. I was told I needed a completely new shifting unit. Another bike shop readjusted my gears, and everything worked perfectly. Today, I was blown away: The bike was taken to the workshop with an appointment for a shock service. After three weeks, I wanted to ask when it would be ready. Nothing happened to the bike. On the phone, they said, "It must have sunk, we'll take care of it immediately." After multiple visits and phone calls, Küstenrad assured me that it was now their top priority. Another three weeks later: I get an email asking what should be done with the bike (see photo)! Unbelievable, nothing, absolutely nothing, has been done for weeks, not even the shock absorber has been removed. Sorry, but they can't be serious? They've wasted 10 minutes twice, waiting weeks, and taking the part out! I'll steer clear of that shop in the future and would discourage anyone who asks me from buying a bike there or taking it for repair. I documented all incidents with photos and they are true. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.

We dropped off our daughter's bike for servicing over a month ago! After several calls, we finally got through to someone who then told us they were short-staffed and that's why it was taking so long! Today, full of anticipation, we picked up the bike and were extremely disappointed. They only replaced a tire that supposedly had a puncture, and nothing else was done! Now we've had to pay over €120! For a checklist that mostly consists of a visual inspection! The lights still don't work! And they haven't diagnosed why! The luggage rack wasn't repaired as agreed! The saddle wasn't replaced as requested! Never again Küstenrad!

The consultation and initial discussion were great for me. The long wait was tough, but it was worth it. After waiting, I got the best news: it was here! Fantastic! I wanted it right away, but no, I had to wait another week. I brought everything that still needed to be done. 🚲🚲🚲🚲🚲🚲🚲🚲🚲🏴🏴🏴🚲🚲🚲 Then the day came when I could pick it up, and I immediately drove home. Bane had readjusted the saddle for me. I'm very happy with everything. You guys really went the extra mile. And I'll have my first service done next year. Now I have the bike exactly how I wanted it. And I'll have my first service done next year. THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE TEAM
