I've now bought my second company bike here in Pinneberg from MegaBike. I bought the first one three years ago, and both the consultation I received three years ago and the one three weeks ago was excellent. They listened to my wishes and told me what was possible and what wasn't, and what made sense and what didn't. MegaBike isn't actually responsible for taking back the old bike, but they still take care of it and help out. I would definitely buy my bike here again. Thanks to the whole team! We received excellent, friendly, and, above all, expert advice from the staff. We had a lot of fun choosing our new e-bikes. They did everything they could to accommodate our requests. I enjoy cycling the route from Glückstadt to Pinneberg, even for servicing. "Always a pleasure."

My wife had dropped off her e-bike for a new battery lock to be installed. Unfortunately, at the time of pickup, the lock had apparently been misplaced, the clerk was on vacation, and the previously communicated costs were lower than the final invoice. My wife had to leave the bike at Mega Bike for another week after the initial pickup date and pay the higher price. It wasn't a pleasant experience, especially since we had to drive halfway across Hamburg to get to the repair shop! Good customer communication doesn't look like good!

We recently bought two bicycles here and were very satisfied with the advice and service. However, we also brought our son's bike in for inspection and repair. We were, to put it mildly, appalled by the service. The checklist was meticulously completed. However, while inflating the tires, we noticed that they had long had cracks along the sidewalls. If a tire like that bursts while riding, you're bound to fall. It's a serious safety issue. A complete no-go in my opinion. Just one example among many. Sales + Service - - Three stars.

The entire staff is neatly arranged behind the counter. You don't have a chance of being approached. It's a shame, of course, if you're actually looking for advice. Some of the answers to questions were rather unenthusiastic, questions that a cycling professional might not ask. I, on the other hand, would. Unfortunately, my experience there was unsatisfactory. Especially since I'm planning to buy a high-quality e-bike. I had expected a somewhat different level of service. Perhaps I'm just old-school.
