During my visit to the repair shop, I received no receipt for the work done or the repairs. The invoice did not specify which work was carried out or how the price was calculated. Despite asking, the alleged "inspection" was not explained. Agreed-upon work was not performed; specifically, the cleaning and lubrication of the bicycle chain was explicitly discussed but did not take place. Furthermore, personal data was requested that, in my opinion, was not necessary for the job. The tone of the conversation was, in my opinion, rude. Overall, I found the repair process to be lacking in transparency. Therefore, I cannot recommend this shop. Addendum: The cleaning and lubrication of the chain was explicitly discussed but was not carried out. I did not request any further repairs. I did not make a mistake with my name.

Absolutely unfriendly and unprofessional! I'm not giving it a single star. After a phone call, we made an appointment for my bicycle ***Telefunken*** because the rear tire was flat. We specially arranged transport. We were turned away by the owner on the spot in an extremely unfriendly and rude manner, claiming he didn't repair such bicycles. This same man had performed a complete check on my bike a year ago! Apparently, he can pick and choose his customers because there is currently no other bicycle service in his area. This kind of behavior is arrogant, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I strongly advise everyone: Stay away from this shop! We then went to another bicycle service – there, nothing was a problem.

I had a flat tire and needed help. I received a very warm welcome and they helped me for a small fee. Very friendly and definitely worth a visit :)

My bike needed servicing, so at the beginning of August I tried to book an appointment with my usual repair shop. They wouldn't have let me get an appointment until November (!). So I decided to give Bike Service Quickborn a try. I called at 11:00 AM to ask about an appointment. They told me I could come right away. So I did, dropped off my bike at 11:30 AM, and received an email at 2:10 PM confirming the repair was complete. Perfect service at a great price. I'd gladly use them again!

Best bike service! Ralf is always friendly, explains what needs to be done or what has been done, and the repair often takes just a day. I'm happy to make the trip from Norderstedt just to avoid ever having to go to the unfriendly and overpriced bike service on the outskirts of Hamburg again. I'll be happy to come back with both my private bikes and my company bike!

Hi, I went to Fahrradservice-Quickborn today for the first time to have my e-bike repaired. I'm extremely satisfied. The bike was repaired within just a few hours, even though I didn't have an appointment. They still offer excellent service, friendly staff, and good work at fair prices. A truly exceptional bicycle service. Lovely people repair bicycles in an indescribable way. A very nice family, competent, and incredibly helpful. Even their son exceeded all expectations. It's a shame you can only give 5 stars. We'll definitely be back, and thank you so much for everything.
