I went there based on several recommendations. I received excellent service regarding my helmet. Currently, they are painstakingly working on our daughter's beloved Indi 500, which was a used ship's bike that arrived in Australia as part of a bulk carrier. Despite years of maintenance, these things eventually need to be handled by experts – there are limits to what you can do! 😁

The new owner is very nice and competent. He got my three-year-old mountain bike, which had been battered by the Sachsenwald forest, back in shape in just a few days: broken rear spoke, egg in the front wheel, bent rear derailleur, broken brake piston, ... all fixed in a short time. Today I took the bike back out on the trails, and it ran smoothly again, and the gears were on point. I'll be back :-)

A small but charming, quaint bike shop and workshop in Reinbek. Friendly and typically North German service from the owner, Mr. Kellermann, who is unfortunately retiring soon. Besides nearly new bikes, they also have used ones at reasonable prices. E-bikes are also available. Parking is available in front of the shop. I'll definitely be back! 👍

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Kellmann and his mechanic once again for repairing my bicycle. A large chain where I bought it said the bike was a total loss and not worth repairing. But Mr. Kellmann and his mechanic performed a true miracle. If your bicycle is bent and everyone says it can't be fixed, then you should definitely go to Fahrrad Kellmann. They will repair it for a fair price. Ideally, you should buy your bicycle directly from this specialist shop; the advice is simply outstanding. If you need a specialty bike, ask Mr. Kellmann and his mechanic. Even if the bicycle costs a bit more, it's worth buying it here. The bicycles you buy here are quality. I wish Mr. Kellmann and his colleagues all the best.

I always get my bike repaired by Mr. Kellmann. I feel I receive expert advice and am in good hands there. It's always done quickly, within a few days, and everything is arranged according to our instructions. A real bike shop with heart and soul.

Mr. Kellmann is very reliable. He even repairs bikes he hasn't sold. My bike is working perfectly again. The prices are really reasonable. He even quickly repaired my brakes once without charging me anything when he saw it was a simple fix. Of course, you can't expect that, because you wouldn't just walk into a car repair shop and expect a free repair. Mr. Kellmann prefers to work by appointment during peak season, but he has also taken on another bike for repair without an appointment, so you can just call or drop by. The prices are perfectly fair. He doesn't try to upsell you on anything unnecessary. He always keeps his appointments. Mr. Kellmann has always been very friendly to me.
