The staff there are highly knowledgeable, competent, and know exactly what they're doing. You can still get excellent advice here. My problem with my bike was a huge issue, but the employee approached me with such calm and expertise that I felt completely confident in his work. My bike was repaired in no time, for a small donation to the coffee fund. Where do you find service like that these days? I even brought in a bike I hadn't bought there, and yet I was treated with such courtesy and respect. If I ever need another bike, I'll definitely buy from Hotop.

A customer-oriented, knowledgeable, and very friendly specialist shop. During a consultation, I was able to explain what was important to me, what was essential, and what wasn't. A bicycle was ordered (without obligation) and adjusted to my needs. After a test ride and a few minor adjustments, I took the bicycle home. I highly recommend this specialist shop.

I have rarely experienced such a friendly team. From the first phone call to dropping off my car for repair, I encountered only kind and helpful staff. Where do you find that these days? Thank you so much for allowing me to be a customer.

Competent workshop, friendly explanation. The stem of my bike was broken. I drove there without an appointment, checked in at the workshop, and was greeted warmly. After a brief assessment of the damage, when I asked when I could come back for the repair, I got a bit lucky. My bike could stay there. They even offered me a simple loaner bike. After a day or two, I received a call explaining what needed to be done and what would be the most economical option. When I picked it up at the shop, we had a nice chat and a brief explanation of what had been done and why. I thought that was great.

After arranging it by phone, I wanted to have my bicycle checked today. At the entrance, a friendly employee directed me around the corner to the workshop. There were bicycles there that probably needed repair or had already been repaired. They were separated by a plastic chain. On the workshop door, there was a sign asking customers to please ring the bell. So I walked under the chain and couldn't find the bell. I knocked... What happened next is unbelievable. I was insulted for walking under the chain; the bell was obviously on the post (how stupid people are, they can't see it). When I asked if he considered this a friendly customer interaction, he said he couldn't care less. I then left and will find another workshop.
