The entire team is incredibly competent, offering expert advice and repairs. The price-performance ratio is excellent. I'd especially like to commend Alex, who was fantastic with our son, and together we found the perfect bike. He's great with kids! The workshop team then quickly arranged for us to take the new bike home with us right away. Michael also gave me excellent advice on my business bike leasing, and everything went smoothly. Competitors like B.O.C. or Mega-Bike could learn a thing or two from you.

In my opinion, there's no better bike shop in the Pinneberg district. Owners Linda and Patrik, along with their entire team, are incredibly competent when it comes to expert advice and repairs. The price-performance ratio is excellent, and they have a fantastic selection of brand-name bikes. Customer service is their top priority. They'll even repair bikes you didn't buy there without hesitation. Unfortunately, competitors like Küstenrad, B.O.C., and Mega-Bike can't compete. Keep up the great work!

Absolutely not recommended! We took our son's bike in for repair in September. The front wheel needed to be adjusted. The repair shop said they'd get back to us when the bike was ready. After a week and a half, we inquired. It turned out that the bike in the shop, which was unattended and without a work order, belonged to us. The order slip had apparently fallen off the bike, and no one knew what needed to be done or who owned the bike. After it was finally repaired a few days later, the whole thing was supposed to cost €200! Parts were replaced without consultation. That amount should have included a phone call beforehand. That seems to have been overlooked. They "kindly" gave us €20. Unfortunately, we urgently needed the bike back. I would have preferred to have them remove the part again.

Fantastic shop. Everyone was friendly, everything was tidy, parking was right outside, and most importantly: we felt we received excellent advice. They took their time, explained everything, and outlined the pros and cons. Of course, we also bought a bike and can highly recommend it.

I needed a minor repair on a bike tour, and they helped me right away. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, the service was excellent, and because it was just a small job, it was free. I'm absolutely thrilled. If you're ever in the area, this shop is the place to go. The shop itself also seemed well-stocked.

Schawo Bike Shop – Simply the best! I can wholeheartedly recommend Schawo Bike Shop! The owners are incredibly friendly and held the door open for me when I visited – a fantastic first impression! They even reserved a special bike for me to test ride and took care of everything throughout the entire process. I was particularly impressed by their regular updates, especially when there were any issues with the parts. The first inspection after 150 km was even free! The team is simply amazing – exceptionally well-trained, they work together brilliantly, and they are always ready to help. The advice is honest, and you can immediately sense their passion for cycling. After purchasing my bike, I needed a repair due to a fall, but Schawo Bike Shop handled everything smoothly with my insurance company and completed the repair super quickly. Later, when I had problems with the geometry and wrist pain, I visited Schawo Bike Shop again. After a pleasant chat and a handlebar swap, the problem was quickly resolved. Simply a fantastic experience all around! Many thanks to the entire team at Fahrradhaus Schawo – you are fantastic! I always enjoy coming back and can highly recommend you!

The service here was so friendly and competent that it was a real pleasure. The whole process with Eurorad went perfectly, especially since Eurorad processed the application so quickly. I'm so happy with my orange I:SY bike :-) and after some helpful advice, I also treated myself to two panniers, a small saddlebag for my bike lock, and a drink holder with an I:SY adapter!!

Awesome workshop and team. Brought in two bikes to fix, took them less than 24 hours. Fair prices, too and both bikes are running like a charm now. Highly recommended!
