Kayak North e. K og særligt Manuela har ydet en fantastic service ifm. with purchase of the Vajda K1 Apex 52 Marathon Carbon. It can also be provided and information can be provided under all processes. On 21/11 we went to Scandinavia Park in Flensborg, for kayaking at modtage. Manuela sikrede at kayaking blev fastspændt forsvarligt på min bil og har general udvist en meget stor servicevilje og evne. Alt i alt en super fin oplevelse at handle med kayak north. Med venlig help Michael Wulff Farum Kayak North e. K. and especially Manuela provided fantastic service when I purchased my Vajda K1 Apex 52 Marathon Carbon kayak. I received helpful tips and information throughout the entire process. On November 21st, I drove to Scandinavia Park in Flensburg to pick up the kayak. Manuela ensured that the kayak was securely fastened to my car and was generally very helpful and knowledgeable. All in all, a thoroughly positive experience with Kajak Nord. After purchasing a Jantex wing paddle following extensive consultation, I got my Vajda Makai 53 in April 2024. Manuela also dedicated ample time to testing and advising me on this. The Makai is the only surfski in which I, at two meters tall, have adequate space. In the summer, I spontaneously participated in the surfski training camp, where I gained my first real experience in the waves during a strenuous but instructive weekend. During subsequent independent study, I eventually reached my technical limits, so in June 2025, I booked a two-hour intensive technique course. Manuela gave me valuable tips in one-on-one coaching on how to improve my technique to become faster and more stable. I can wholeheartedly recommend Kajak Nord if you value not only excellent quality but also comprehensive advice.

Manuela took the time to accompany me on a test drive of the Pivot 2 in Hamburg. I immediately liked the boat and ordered it right away. I was able to pick it up directly from Vajda in Bratislava in February 2025. Everything went smoothly. I'm currently in Greece and paddle the boat out at sea every day. The Pivot 2 is probably more suitable for more experienced paddlers. Manuela handled the entire process extremely professionally.

I bought my Xenon Ergo here. The transaction was straightforward and reliable; I felt very well taken care of! The assembly instructions for the exercise bike are very clear, and the small parts for each step are packaged in labeled bags. The machine is excellent.

While searching for a new racing kayak, I came across Kajak Nord. I had my eye on the Vajda Apex 40. Manuela responded quickly and expertly and arranged a test drive for me in Stuttgart. From the test drive to the boat purchase and handover, I felt I was in good hands with Manuela. Since this was going to be my first boat, I had many questions and concerns. Manuela always remained calm and offered suggestions, which she promptly sent me via email for my review. The straightforward payment process was also worth mentioning. Everything went very smoothly. Very friendly and competent advice from Kajak Nord! In my opinion, unrivaled! All boats can be test-driven, so you're not buying a "pig in a poke." I was initially interested in a fast kayak, but after participating in the "Testival," I decided on a surfski. The advice on accessories was also very fair, and I think I'll be in good hands with Manuela in the future if I have any questions or problems.

With Manuela, the customer remains a customer even after placing an order, not just a number. She anticipates needs, offers suggestions regarding color choices, and remains calm if the order needs to be adjusted later – provided it's still possible within the production timeframe. Furthermore, she has a virtually ubiquitous presence throughout Germany with a selection of boats and surfskis, making test drives possible even near home. For me, Manuela's availability was the deciding factor in choosing a Vajda ApeX46 M over a competitor's product, as I appreciate having a reliable contact person should any questions arise after the purchase.
