I have always been completely satisfied with every repair. Even buying a helmet and a shopping cart from Mrs. Köhler, in addition to the usual bicycle-related topics, was always entertaining and informative. The prices are reasonable and by no means excessive. I am delighted.

The best bike shop in Wedel, always incredibly friendly and helpful. His straightforward approach to resolving minor issues immediately puts all the other bike shops in Wedel to shame. Even if you didn't buy your bike from him, he's always ready to help. That's not something you can take for granted with other bike shops. A clear recommendation and a thousand thanks for the many years of expert service!

A nice owner, a very honest and fair person. I was last there a long time ago, and today I went with my bike (where I was at the other shop on Rissener Straße, which kicked me out in German) to have my bike's gears fitted. As always, he was polite, nice, friendly, helpful, and greeted me warmly. I recommend this shop to everyone and would have gladly given it 10 stars or more. 👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️

I've been a regular customer here for two years. Our family uses five bicycles daily, so we often need the help of a professional bike repair shop. At Radhaus Köhler, you can drop by anytime and, in many cases, leave your bike for repair right away. The work is always done quickly, within hours or a day (for more extensive repairs), and is consistently affordable compared to the local competition. The staff is always friendly, competent, and courteous. Once the repair is complete, they call you so you can pick up your bike. That's the kind of service I want. Highly recommended.
