We are simply thrilled with the consistently professional quality of the workshop. Even minor issues are always resolved promptly and expertly. The bikes are meticulously maintained, and all questions are answered patiently. The staff are consistently polite and helpful. We've been riding e-motion e-bikes for four years now, and we've even upgraded from city bikes to touring bikes. We've also been completely satisfied with the advice we received.

I actually thought my road bike needed a service. The employee checked the chain, gears, and cassette, made a few adjustments to the gears, and presto, everything was perfect again. Really great, helpful, and friendly. I was really pleased with the uncomplicated service.

Fantastic service!!! After the inspection, a few minor issues were addressed. It was taken care of immediately on site. I'm extremely satisfied! That's what good service should be like. Other companies could learn a thing or two from them.

We always feel well looked after here; the service is first-class, and the employees are very friendly and competent! Both the sales advice and the service in the workshop are highly recommended. We usually bring the bikes in for service one to two days before the appointment; it's always ready on time, often even earlier, and all the details are successfully completed. Our colleagues also handle the insurance reimbursement. In the last three years (since we've been customers), we've always returned home satisfied and have already purchased three e-bikes (Riese Müller) here and will definitely be back 😀

I had visited several bike repair shops in and around Bergedorf over the past year and was repeatedly disappointed or turned away. Then, in December, I went to e-motion Bike. They were incredibly nice and friendly. The service was quick and excellent, just as you'd hope. I would give them three more stars if I could. Many thanks to the Wentorf team for the fantastic service.
