We received terrible advice regarding ice skates. Figure skates, unfortunately, don't handle like regular ice skates. And because of the sharpening (which costs extra), they're non-returnable. €70 wasted on this terrible advice. Your non-return policy desperately needs improvement!

Today I was looking for a backpack for my backpacking trip, and after finding only partially suitable options in the shop across the street, I decided to check here. I was greeted very warmly by an employee who admitted he wasn't very knowledgeable about backpacks and called over a colleague (which we considered a plus, as it indicated competence). The employee (a bit shorter, with black hair) was incredibly friendly from start to finish. She showed me several models, let me try them on, and even added weights to give me a feel for them. I felt very well advised; she didn't try to sell me the most expensive backpack but took the time to find one that I would be happy with and that would be good for my back. She didn't seem disinterested or annoyed at all, but remained friendly and, in my opinion, very professional throughout. I'll definitely be back and thank the employee for her excellent advice :)

After working six days straight, I wanted to buy some running shoes for my boyfriend before Christmas. I walked in and was immediately told no. He'd have to come in himself; they couldn't do it without a gait analysis, only a voucher. His shoes are ancient and completely worn out, and I didn't want to make a big deal out of it. It's a real shame; I would have gladly spent €200 in the store. Now I guess I'll never go to Intersport again.

Items listed in stock have been "in ages"... Annoyed employees snapping at each other. Unbelievable store.

We were there at the end of September. Great advice. We said we were going to Norway and the jackets needed to be rainproof. The saleswoman gave us great advice. We were glad we had them with us. We had really terrible weather.

Yesterday, I had a similar experience for the third time. I walk into the store and am not greeted. I was also browsing the running shoes. I'm a runner, and I was discussing the available models with my partner. The salesperson was standing next to me...no, how can I help? When I tried to speak to him, he turned away in response. No, dear Intersport team, that's really not what I expect when I'm dedicated to running and selling. Furthermore, I would urgently rethink my personnel strategy. The young man yesterday afternoon radiated neither joy, approachability, nor competence. So, I'm not willing to pay the additional costs compared to the online store...even though I'm an active supporter of local shops.

We've always been satisfied to this day. We made our last purchase spontaneously in Stralsund... with a super, friendly salesperson, and bought two more jackets. [€160] You know it's not cheap, but it's good quality, so you're happy to spend a little more. We were looking for transitional jackets today. We found something for the man [€159], but unfortunately not for the woman. We briefly told the salesperson that we weren't interested in looking again. As a customer, you sometimes overlook things. Unpacking the new goods was more important than making a sale. As someone mentioned in the review, the employees here should be paid based on sales. It was time, there were few customers for the large store, and there were enough salespeople present. Well, it's no longer necessary, and we'll see when the next store closes again. We'll look for another Intersport store where we're still welcome as customers. I wouldn't recommend it in terms of customer service. Conclusion: Customer threatened to buy.

I ordered online from Intersport. I had a small problem, so I contacted the support team. They helped me quickly and easily. Great!

I received excellent advice on fantastic hiking boots. The trip was definitely worth it. And it was worth it again. I received excellent advice, one of the things you miss during the Corona pandemic.
