Even on my fifth visit in the last three months, I was told that it takes three to five days to flock three items. And again, I felt like I had to apologize for asking. The annoyed look, as always. How can someone be so unfriendly every single time? A complete lack of motivation. And of course, I brought this up with the club. And lo and behold… others confirmed my impression with their experiences at this shop. Without the orders from the clubs, the shop probably wouldn't survive with this guy…

I'm looking for goalkeeper gloves for children. I went to my old favorite store, Sportshop Staaken. The service was absolutely unfriendly. They wanted to offer me the Jako brand, but they said I needed better quality gloves. I was thrown out of the store. Unbelievable, owner! I'll also report this to 11Teamsports.

The service was rude and inflexible: He greeted me while I was seated, made no attempt to serve me, and refused to take my order, saying I could come back. Even though I was the only customer in the store.

Great store, perfect advice, and a fantastic team! I've known this store since I was a child, and now I shop here for my own children. We feel very comfortable and receive excellent advice… I'll definitely be back…

Hello I can't say anything bad about this store. Super friendly, professional advisors/salespeople. I'm also going to order jerseys for my team there and wasn't sure about the kids' sizes, so the salesperson immediately gave me six prescribed jerseys in different sizes to make sure the sizes actually fit. Where else can you find something like this? Without asking, they didn't even want me to pay for it. So, for me personally, a great service, keep it up. To all the negative comments here! Other stores also often have delivery problems. Best regards, Rosi

Very bad really very bad, for the first time in Germany , My family got refused by store to get item returned even though they got back to store on the same day. Would not recommend anyone to go on this store. Pathetic customer service.

A very well-specialized shop, especially a good place for footballers and clubs. They also sell custom jerseys at fair prices. They're sometimes a bit too busy, but overall good. The quality of the pinning is good.
