I was saddened to learn that the shop is closing for good. The people there were really great, always helpful and competent, even if it sometimes took a little longer. But they had to get the parts, too. Other workshops have to do that too. I'll miss you. M.D.

The employee was clearly having a bad day today; very unfriendly and a know-it-all. Whether it's because he dislikes women, I have no idea. Well, we'll see how it is at pickup. Actually, it wasn't any better at pickup. I went back a day later, but they hadn't even started. He was also very sexist. I'm curious to see if I can pick up the bike next week. Definitely not recommended.

Always a pleasure. Three days before my bike tour, the pedal fell off. No, I didn't have to wait a week like at most bike repair shops. The very friendly employee fixed it right away. Fifteen minutes later, I was back outside. Excellent service – great price! Many thanks to 2Rad-Center Lichtenrade.

As a mechanic, I can highly recommend this shop! Expert advice from qualified staff, they source genuine spare parts even if you don't have them installed in their in-house workshop. All that's missing is an on-site coffee shop, and it would be the perfect scooter hangout. I'll definitely be back! 😁

After a two-year search for a Metropolis 400i SW, we finally found one. Not only does the authorized dealer offer the vehicle, but they can also service and repair it there. The very competent and thorough consultation was truly excellent. All our questions were answered very kindly. For us, not only was the search worthwhile, but so was the long journey.

Friendly staff, decent range of bike and motorcycle parts in stock but a little slow on the turn around with repairs

Friendly and competent advice. A test drive was also easily and uncomplicated. Admittedly, it was quite short (20 minutes), but that was enough for me.

I picked up my Kymco scooter today after its 10,000 km service and I'm very satisfied overall! I bought the scooter used five years ago and since then, apart from refueling and tire pressure, nothing had been done to it – so I was expecting the worst. The service was quick, I was able to pick up the scooter again the very next day, and the price was, in my opinion, more than fair. I also found the service to be friendly and competent – I will definitely come back.

I went there on Tuesday and was disappointed. A listless salesman treated me like a nuisance right after greeting me. The consultation for a brake caliper for a ten-year-old bicycle went something like this: "Photo on your phone, no use to me, I don't have one anyway, I'll have to order it, I don't know how much it costs, not even approximately." After that experience, I went to a large shop on Bismarckstrasse. They actually managed to do something with the photo and spent twenty minutes looking for a suitable alternative for me. The 2Rad-Center is really not good advertising for specialist retailers.
