I am absolutely thrilled with Alexander and his work! After having had many bad experiences with other workshops in the past, I finally feel like I'm in good hands here. The service is truly comprehensive – practically from A for the perfect mounting system for your apartment, to B for brakes, G for racks, and T for bags. What sets Alexander apart is his belief that he has a solution for everything. For over a year, I had the problem that the chain kept jumping off the second chainring at the bottom bracket. Other workshops couldn't help me because the standard chain guard simply didn't fit. Alexander custom-made special discs for me using 3D printing, finally solving the problem! Of course, you need a little patience, as it doesn't all take just one hour. He also completely won me over with my new bicycle – a dream in turquoise. I especially appreciated that we were able to reuse parts from my old bike, so I didn't have to buy everything new unnecessarily. I was also completely impressed with his work on my new bicycle – a dream in turquoise. Anyone looking for a unique, custom-built bicycle who values ​​craftsmanship has come to the right place. I'm really looking forward to the trailer and dog bar project. The website could be improved to better reflect this.

I was there for the first time yesterday and I have to say: this is a really cool shop! They put so much heart and soul into it and attention to detail – every bike is treated as if it were their own. No run-of-the-mill stuff, just thoughtful tuning with high-quality parts. You can tell right away: This guy knows what he's doing and, above all, is really passionate about what he's doing. Everything is super relaxed; he takes his time, listens, and knows exactly what he's doing. My bike definitely came out better than it went in. Highly recommended!

While searching for a competent and fair bicycle mechanic, I came across Mr. Alexander Kuss – and what can I say? I'm thrilled! Anyone who values ​​first-class service, expert advice, and above all, perfect bicycle tuning, is in exactly the right place. Even on my first visit, I noticed his friendly and approachable manner. He really takes his time for the customer – no rushing through the work, but a thorough analysis of the bicycle and an honest assessment of the necessary repairs. I was particularly impressed that every step was explained to me in detail: which parts should be replaced or upgraded, why that makes sense, and what alternatives exist. Even for someone like me, who isn't very technically savvy, the explanations were perfectly understandable. I brought my R&M Supercharger GT touring bike with a Rohloff E14 hub gear in for a complete upgrade – brake optimization, tubeless conversion, and much more. The result? My bike rides like new! The brakes work perfectly, and the overall riding experience is noticeably improved thanks to the adjusted riding position. Furthermore, I received valuable tips on care and maintenance to extend the lifespan of my bike. Another plus: The prices are absolutely fair! Despite the expert workmanship, you don't pay the exorbitant sums you might expect from some large bike shops. And what I particularly appreciated: They only do what's truly necessary – no unnecessary repairs or expensive upgrades you don't need. All in all, I can wholeheartedly recommend Alexander. If you want a perfectly adjusted bike and are looking for friendly, honest, and affordable service, this is the place for you. I'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Highly recommended!

It’s a very difficult to find so absolute service in Berlin, here it is - Meet Mr. Alexander kuss. A professional, master in his work and can even go for extra mile to finish his work with perfection. Want to fix bike even on a weekend and that too during odd time. Call him and if he is free visit him right away. You will even get an invoice for the amount you pay. Highly recommend him for the services. He is a teacher and trainer by profession. Speaks English and German and do accept PayPal

I own a Carry Me folding bike, quite small (8 inches) and unusual. No one dared to repair it, and no one wanted to take on the work and disassemble it. Only Mr. Kuß was able to repair my Carry Me and custom-make a handlebar-stem unit. Even components that are uncommon in bicycle technology could be serviced or replaced here. My city bike was also repaired and upgraded here beyond my expectations. A cumbersome bicycle was transformed into a city bike that practically rides itself. Highly recommended.
