Was there with 2 bikes, that weren't okay and left with new saddle and pedals and completely fine bikes (and oiled) :) Take your time to go there or ask to come later, super friendly company!

They raised my bike seat and fixed my tire fender in a few minutes, then refused payment. I gave them a €5 in the end cause that’s how my mama raised me. Very sweet experience, would go again.

My friend recommended me this place and I am so glad he did it. My plate was bended and the gentleman in the store took a nice moment to have a look and fixed the bending issue in less than 5 minutes. Free of charge and leaving the bike in perfect conditions. In case of any future problems/inconveniences this will be the only bike shop in Berlin I will consider to go, and you should too. Excellent!!
