Top shop with top service. They even provided excellent advice over the phone. After my last repair, the estimate and final price matched perfectly. The staff were very friendly and competent, and most importantly, transparent. I'd gladly use your services again!

January 24, 2025 / After an accident, my handlebars were misaligned, so I called and was greeted by a friendly employee. I briefly explained the situation. He said, "You can come by right away." So I did, set off, and as soon as I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the bicycle mechanic, Torsten. I then explained my problem again. He told me they could take care of it right away and invited me into the workshop. The damage was repaired immediately. I also bought a mirror, which was installed right away. (Great!) I even picked up a few tips and tricks from Torsten. All I can say is: fantastic service and a competent mechanic. After bad experiences at other bike shops in central Berlin, I have to say that I've received prompt service here three times in a row. I find trust very important when it comes to my bike, and now, after three services, I'm very satisfied with the maintenance.

Great shop with fantastic staff. I had problems with the gears on my "department store bike" (bought elsewhere). The mechanic fixed it right there on the spot without any hassle. He also made several adjustments to the brakes and handlebars. The price/performance ratio is simply unbeatable. They even gave me a free coffee to pass the time while I waited. I highly recommend their service.

Unfortunately, we had an incredibly poor experience with customer service. While the saleswoman was friendly, she seemed incompetent. No information was provided about the products beforehand, they weren't properly presented, advantages and disadvantages compared to other products couldn't be mentioned, features were generalized, and our individual circumstances weren't taken into account. We had to painstakingly ask for any information. Installation was offered reluctantly and only as an optional extra due to the high volume of customers. This would have been understandable if other customers had been present. Overall, the saleswoman seemed uninterested, and the consultation was superficial and uninspiring. The sales approach definitely needs an update. Luckily, we received excellent and friendly service just a few meters away, and installation was offered free of charge. This kind of approach certainly doesn't win new customers.

After a flat tire on my bicycle rim, I was able to bring my bike to the repair shop the same day after a quick phone call. Following a brief inspection, the damage was repaired immediately, and I was able to ride home with my bike ready to go again after just 15 minutes. Fantastic and fast service, friendly and helpful staff – many thanks again to Enrico and the team!
