Super friendly, direct boss. A quick call beforehand to clarify the price and time. I think it's always a good idea to call ahead to check if he's available. Contrary to expectations, the owner completed the repair immediately, in 20 minutes, plus a small additional repair. The price was absolutely great, as discussed beforehand. I'd be happy to come back!

What a fantastic shop! The salesperson was incredibly helpful and friendly. He helped me disassemble my new bike and load it into my car. I was even able to stop by after closing time because I was coming from the other side of town. Thank you so much for the lovely bike and your help! 🙏☺️

My gears weren't working properly anymore. I took the bike in for a service on Monday and picked it up the next day; everything is working perfectly again.

It was my first time at that shop because it's just around the corner. He seemed really nice and worked very quickly. I needed a tire changed, and that took less than 10 minutes. However, he just left my bike on the sidewalk in front of the shop without any kind of mat, and now my luggage rack is scratched. Unfortunately, I only noticed it when I got home, and I'd even given him a €5 tip. I won't be going back there.

I have rarely received such friendly and competent service. I drove halfway across town after seeing a classified ad, arranged a meeting by phone beforehand, took a test ride, any defects were fixed on the spot, and I even got parts for modifications at a good price. Naturally, there was a sales contract for the used bike with the frame number recorded. I would buy a bike here again anytime. And I would have my bikes repaired here too, if I lived nearby. I wish the owner luck in finding new premises for his shop!

Always friendly and helpful! A small neighborhood shop with a lovely owner. I've been there several times and even received free help (including spare parts) once. It's very busy at the moment, and Mehmet took the time today to explain how I could solve my small problem myself, saving me money in the process :) I absolutely don't understand the negative reviews.
