Absolutely loved the place! I had my bike’s front tyre stolen and required a full change. The young guy was super helpful, spoke English and fixed my bike in 30 mins. Highly recommend to visit the place if you have any issues with the bike

First they can speak english which was very helpful for me. Also the man who took care of my bike problem was very kind and efficient. He fixed my bike and made sure the problem didn't happen again in just a few minutes. I thank him very much for that 🙏🏼

They fixed both tires, chain and lights within one day. They also took the time to correct minor details, free of charge. Nice and competent staff.

By pure chance, I stumbled upon this place due to an unexpected bike tire issue. Being in a rush, I sought their assistance, and to my delight, the owner skillfully repaired my tire. I'm genuinely impressed and grateful for their prompt service. I can confidently say that I'll become a loyal customer and wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

I go here with every little thing on my bike. They are always kind and professional, and help me with all the things. They are willing to help even with the smallest most trivial things like adjusting the breaks. They have english-speaking colleagues. I don't know how their prices compare, but I find their pricing very fair, especially given how much I like my bike.

Such a great shop! My bike was fixed very quickly at a fair price and it was totally uncomplicated. Basic German seemed somewhat necessary, so I would plan to arrive with the situation translated if that will be an obstacle for you. They even held the door open for me as I left with my bike! If you know Berlin, that's SERVICE hunny!

Went there after being recommended by my housemate. The boss and the workers just genuinely like bikes, are very knowledgable and kind. They take part in and advertise events promoting the importance of bike riding and bike safety in Berlin, which is a great testament to their character and professional intention. You can't go wrong here!
