Unfortunately, my order wasn't processed for two months, even though I paid immediately on the first day. After two months and one day, the order was simply canceled. A truly terrible shopping experience :-(

If you like to have no choice, but staff pressure to buy the only mediocre product in the shelf, then this shop is my recommendation

Short opening hours are certainly due to staffing issues. The advice is very good, but the selection is limited, which is currently also due to supply problems.

I called on Friday to inquire about opening hours, as I wanted to have my cylinder (300 bar) filled before Christmas! On Saturday, I went to the store on Mommsenstrasse and was told that the 300 bar device needed to be serviced! The employee remembered my call and also said that the service had been pending for a while because no maintenance company was available at the moment!! So he couldn't fill the cylinder! He couldn't tell me that over the phone???? When I asked where there was another dive shop in Berlin, he couldn't give me an answer!! Customer service is different! Never again!!! So, I'll go to the competition...it's a bit further away, but I was extremely satisfied with the service!! The cylinder was filled quickly in 5-10 minutes, not 30-40 minutes like at aqua-nautic!

I took my regulator there for servicing, everything was perfect. Friendly staff and good advice. And the shop basically has everything you really need for diving.

Poor and unmotivated service. The suit I bought is too big. My complaint was acknowledged, but nothing was done. 👎

A very pleasant shopping atmosphere, a well-located and attractive shop. As soon as I entered, I was asked how I could be of assistance! I had planned to buy new goggles, a snorkel, and fins there, and received excellent, detailed advice from a staff member. After trying everything out, I decided on relatively expensive equipment. Now I'm really looking forward to several dives in El Gouna, Egypt! I'll report back on my experience with the fins. Many thanks to the very competent and patient salesperson!

Great shop! Professional, very friendly, and detailed advice. Reasonable selection of everything a diver's heart desires. And, last but not least, good prices. Even the usual online offerings look old compared to them. So: I'd be happy to come back and thank you very much!
