With a broken chain, I headed to ATveloService on Wednesday evening – the workshop is indeed located where Google Maps indicates, but they usually offer mobile service. So it's worth giving them a call :) I was lucky – and just before closing time, they helped me immediately, repaired the chain, adjusted the gears and kickstand, and fine-tuned the brakes – fantastic service all around, and I was able to ride home with my repaired bike. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

In short: The collaboration was very pleasant, they were very competent, and above all, I was able to get an appointment on a Saturday, subject to availability. I wish I had more broken bicycles to repair.

The best bike shop in Berlin! A super friendly and kind man with tons of patience (hard to find around here) works out of a really cute shipping container workshop. Highly recommended :)

Very friendly and extremely competent! I've already brought my second bike to AT Velo, and just like the first time, everything was flawless! I highly recommend this repair service! You feel like you're in good hands here!

Everything was perfect! Thank you very much! Great service at a comparatively reasonable price! We brought four bikes to the workshop for overhaul. The bikes were picked up directly from our home and delivered directly to our home, which we found very convenient – no lugging, no hassle, which would have been the case, especially with four bikes. For years, we've been going on family bike rides every spring and summer. This year, however, we had a nasty surprise: When we wanted to get the bikes out and opened the garage, we were horrified to discover that part of the roof had collapsed. Whether it was caused by the tree being felled behind the garage complex or whether the roof itself was already in disrepair, we don't know for sure. But our bikes were located under this part of the roof, and they not only suffered damage from the collapse, but, by the looks of things, had also been exposed to the elements all winter. But since these are our favorite bikes and not cheap ones, it was worth a try to save them. And we haven't regretted it! The bikes look great again! We never expected such a delightful result. Technically and visually, they're flawless again! From now on, the AT Velo is our first and only choice!

Absolutely fantastic! If there were 10 stars, we'd give them all! The bikes were refurbished on-site, almost like new, and shift even better than on day one! We had no idea my wife's bike could ride so smoothly! Thank you so much! We know who to contact next time. ☺️👍
