A clear recommendation right off the bat 👍 Great premises and top-notch service. I was interested in a Nicolai S16 MGU, and after a thorough consultation, I was spontaneously offered a test ride. I took advantage of this opportunity despite the bad weather. Unfortunately, I lost track of time a bit while enjoying the fantastic bike. Nevertheless, the consultant reacted professionally and immediately gave the bike a cleaning.

This shop, specializing in cargo and folding bikes, particularly from Riese & Müller, is truly something special and stands out from other experiences! After feeling overwhelmed by the lack of information and pressure to buy from a local retailer, I searched online for my dream cargo bike for transporting children. My research had already given me a good overview. Through classified ads, I came across some very attractive offers ("refurbished" after a manufacturer's recall) at Auftragrad. I immediately got through to Werner on the phone. He gave me a very thorough, calm, and well-informed consultation and reserved the most suitable bike for me until my in-store appointment a few days later. At the store, he gave me at least another hour of advice and let me test ride the bikes (including the test model with a heavy cargo trailer). Since I couldn't come back for immediate pickup, he arranged for me to have accessories installed right away. The wait was easily over – the shop is a paradise for browsing anyway. Werner explained and set up the bike perfectly, including navigation data. So I was able to easily cycle the 40 km home (to Potsdam) – the "beautiful route" through the autumn sunshine – and familiarize myself with my new bike. Even after the purchase, he was very patient and available for any further questions. A dream – this is how a bike shop should be!

I came to look at a R&M Packster 70. The test ride was super easy, Tom was helpful, very honest and nice, and in the end I bought the cargo bike. The whole process was super. The shop is a long way out but worth the trip. We love the bike, thanks!

These guys were great. Super friendly and super helpful. I was there specifically for folding bikes, and they had a lot of models on display and helped me get set up for a test ride. Tom ( I believe his name was) was very knowledgeable and experienced with folding bikes and even worked for one of the manufacturers for a whole. Great place

If you're looking for an e-bike, Auftragsrad is the place to go. The owner, Nico, personally gave me great advice and was very patient with my questions and supported me with the decision buying from beginning to the end. I highly advise though, to try and test ride bikes before purchasing. Please support your local bike shop!
