Cool team, very friendly, they fixed my flat tire the same day and communication was excellent. The only downside: you pay Berlin-Mitte prices. I paid twice as much as at my usual small garage in Friedrichshain. Nevertheless, I highly recommend them.

Many thanks, dear Karl-Heinz, for this kind feedback and the compliment. Regarding the prices: it's really not due to "Berlin-Mitte" ;-), but rather has many complex reasons, including fair wages, rents, and also the very strained situation, which has led to numerous bankruptcies, especially in Berlin. We base our prices on the labor rates set by the German Bicycle Service Association (Verband Service und Fahrrad). And yes, prices are rising – not like in a car repair shop. But a good, long, and enjoyable ride is priceless anyway, because service costs should always be considered from the end result. Here's to a flat-free and safe ride!

My husband and I bought a Chike cargo bike from BICICLI in 2020 and have had it serviced at their workshop ever since. Since we don't have a car, we rely on the bike for everyday use with our two children. Robby and Jenny always try to accommodate us, even spontaneously and without an appointment for urgent problems. Of course, it can take a little longer for more complex issues, but even when we needed a new battery after 12,000 kilometers, we were back on the road the same day. Thank you so much for all these years! 🙏🏻

Today I went to the concept store with a broken pedal and was pleasantly surprised. Within a very short time, less than five minutes, two new pedals were fitted for me in the workshop. The bike mechanic was extremely friendly, and the installation was super straightforward. I would like to thank you very much for the excellent service.

I had a flat tire, and when I got my bike back, the gears, which had worked perfectly before, weren't working at all. When I went back, they accused me of having already been broken and not mentioning it so I could get it fixed for free. They said it was "fixed." When they gave me the bike back, they told me a cable had come loose near the tire they'd replaced—a cable that was theirs... but they still insisted it hadn't been working properly before. After that, I rode it, and now one gear won't engage at all!

Unfortunately, very disappointing. After winter, my bike needed a service, and I contacted Bicicli to inquire about the cost. They quoted me €64 for the service. When I went to pick up my bike, I was shocked to find a bill for €175 – almost three times the original price. There was no prior phone call to discuss the "necessary" work. It's worth noting that my bike is only three years old and originally cost €300. The price is completely unreasonable and incomprehensible, and the service was further marred by unfriendly staff.
