Completely satisfied. I brought in an old Peugeot bike and the tires were replaced with a retro look, just as I wanted. I also think it's great that they have two apprentices. Highly recommended. Friendly and competent.

My daughter had a flat tire on the rear, and after a phone call, I was able to come right over. The service was excellent, the conditions were very friendly and polite. The bike was ready in an hour, and the price was great. I can only recommend it. Thank you.

I had a flat tire on the rear wheel today. I called quickly to see if they could help me quickly, so I went. After 15 minutes, a new tire and tube were installed, and we chatted briefly. Everything was great, very friendly and competent. Thank you very much for the uncomplicated repair.

I registered my bike for service through DB Radfix. Everything went well initially. After two days, the rear wheel was loose. BikeBox offered to check it again, but that would have meant another day without my bike, which was too inconvenient since I use it for commuting. So I adjusted and tightened it myself.

The best bike repair shop around. All repairs were done properly. I ride with two kids on my bike. With groceries in the panniers, we quickly reach a total weight of 150 kg. Since they fitted reinforced spokes here, I've never had any more problems with loose or broken spokes. Add Schwalbe Marathon tires and you can easily navigate all the broken glass in Berlin. Highly recommended.
