It's very simple, it shows as open on the map but it's not open. It's really deceptive.

I wanted to personally thank you again for selling me two Shimano M70T2 brake shoe sets today for a total of €30! I was a bit taken aback by the price and asked the salesperson about it, but "you have to invest in good brakes." Since you didn't have any brake cables in stock, I then saw a pair for €6 at Little John Bikes around the corner. I can order ten pairs from Bike-Components for €23. Support your local businesses, but not this rip-off shop!

Not friendly or willing to explain when you don't speak german 🤨 takes a lot of time (days) for a simple flat tire and is quite expensive. It's a no from me!

I left my bike there for a week,waiting to be repaired, and they didn't because they "don't have enough space"

He wasn't really paying attention and never remembered me or my bike. Said he would call me, but never did. Said he would give me information on a procedure, but never did. Ended up not actually doing what we agreed to, so I now have to fix my bike again. This was a waste of time and money, so I'm counting my losses and am going somewhere else.

Please respond to emails, answer a phone number or something similar to let people know, and don't close arbitrarily (photo taken half an hour before closing time). Repairs are fine, but you feel like you're disturbing someone.
