I’ve been there plenty of times and mostly been very happy and satisfied with their service and selection of tools and bike accessories, which are a bit pricy but I think that’s the case anywhere. The two guys I usually see there seem like real Berliners. That can come off as a bit cool but they always have a witty remark ready. I think they’re quite fun and nice! They’re always pretty busy, so it can take a while until you can get your bike fixed. But literally every single time I dropped my bike off and they told me it might take 1-2 weeks, they usually got it ready within a few days. They were also kind enough to help me fix tiny things on the spot for free or pump my tires when I couldn’t find my pump. The only time I wasn’t quite happy with the service was when I dropped my bike of for a strange clicking noise when paddling and when I picked it up, they said they couldn’t find anything and just did a ‚general check-up‘ which then was 42€. When I drove home, the clicking noise was still there, so it felt like I paid over 40 bucks just to get my tires pumped and brakes tightened - which I didn’t really needed. To be fair, I didn’t find the time to go back and ask about it in person. I assume they might would have helped me out then. Also, there’s only cash payment available.

Very unpleasant. I was there to ask for a chain change he was asking me for 15 eur however I did have the replacement chain already bought, so I just need to cut the chain to the size and that's it. Then when I ask him if I could do it myself if that's possible he was charging me 7 eur for the tool. I didn't even dare to ask him for air on the wheels, I might have to pay for the pump. His attitude not great either. Well sadly is the only Fahrrad place close by

The mechanic is very kind and helpful. He solved the problem of my bike ( in tiers) immediately. Reasonable prices. I will suggest it to you obviously.

I went already went three times to the store and shop and every time I got excellent service. They advise on bike repair, sell the right replacement parts or do a quick and solid fix of the bike. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and relaxed.

Just got my bike there for a simple flat tire. The guy there did it in minutes, while I was looking their really nice stock of bikes and accessories. Very nice and recommended place for both repairs and shopping

I left my bike there.. Took 15 minutes walk and came back: My bike was like brand new! Thank you so much!

My chain was rusty and had started falling off all the time, so based on the good reviews I took it here. It was ready the next day. When I collected it I noticed the brake wasn't working at all. They told me they hadn't touched the brake and refused to do anything. I started riding down the street when I realised I couldn't get into 2nd gear, and that the brake HAD been moved as I used to press it with my thumb. I went back to the shop. He angrily took my bike and turned one screw so my brake was tight. He then rode the bike and claimed the gears WERE working. I tried it again and they definitely weren't. I could only get 1st and 3rd. I went back in, he kept telling me it did work he could HEAR it... if I'd wanted everything repaired I should have said (it was working before). He then took the bike back into the workshop, span the wheel a lot and changed something. Finally he said there was nothing else he could do and gave me the bike. Surprisingly, of course, everything now worked as it did when I first brought it to the shop. Would NOT recommend.
