I was able to come in for repairs without an appointment: a pedal had fallen off, the fork stand was loose, and I know there were two other minor issues. Everything was fixed in 10 minutes. The owner assured me that tire inflation is always included. All this for a fair price. I also received plenty of free advice about my e-bike, and we had a very friendly and personal conversation. Thank you so much, and I wish you continued success. I'll be back!

Excellent customer service, prompt and affordable. They provide comprehensive advice and don't just try to sell you something you don't need. If you have problems with your bike, are looking for equipment, or want to buy a new one, this is the place to go. I've found my new go-to place for all things bikes!

Excellent service and friendly staff! Despite their busy schedules, I was able to squeeze in at short notice and received very competent assistance! The tour can now continue tomorrow. Many thanks to the very friendly and helpful team!

After my unsuccessful attempt to change the chainring, I went to the shop and asked for expert help. They took care of it, and I was able to pick up my repaired bike after just two hours. And all this without an appointment! Very friendly staff. I was thrilled and would like to thank them again for the quick repair. Highly recommended, it couldn't be better. Sincerely, Frank Rohde

TOP! Great bike shop. In the past, I've had rather bad experiences with bike shops in Berlin. They're all very crowded and "don't need it." It's also busy here, but you're always helped very friendly. Usually immediately and in exchange for a small donation to the coffee fund. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, it took quite a long time for my bicycle to be accepted and repaired. Therefore, only 3 out of 5 stars, as the staff on site were very friendly. I also think the price-performance ratio is quite fair.

We're glad you're satisfied with our work. Unfortunately, longer waiting times for service or repairs during peak season are unavoidable, especially since our capacity is limited and we believe our standards of care must not be compromised.
