Super shop - They get you in quick, do the work with care, are reasonably priced and as a bonus are friendly! What more could you ask for? Will be the only place I take my bike from now on ❤️

I can't believe how lucky I was to find this place a few years ago after being exhausted dealing with countless berlin bike shops that give you attitude and couldn't care less about you or your bike. they are kind and courteous, listen to your wants and needs and most importantly, preform stellar quality work on your bike. even though its quite far from my flat, I'd never go anywhere else. hands down the best bike shop in berlin.

I can only say good things about my experience here! The owner is incredibly welcoming, understanding, and helpful. I came to them as a piece broke on the back of my bike (that protects against water splashing), in which they came up with a alternative solution to repair it on the same day, rather than putting on an entire new one, which would have cost me alot. This was very kind, as many places would just look at what's easier for them, rather than trying to save me money. Unfortunately with Berlin bumpy roads though, it didn't stick after some time, but as soon as I came back to ask if they could do something about it, the owner dealt with it and created a solution for the immediate time so I could use it without it rattling . Then when I returned the following week, they repaired it completely with a new method, and it's holding strong!! Very quick, affordable, and considerate service! I will always come back to them!

This place was great! We rented two bikes here for two days while biking around Berlin. The owner was super sweet and helpful and got us all set up. The price was very reasonable and it was a great way to see the city.

We RENTED bikes while we stayed at an Airbnb nearby. Amazing service and amazing prices. Flexible and helpful. Came with locks and allowed us a cheap and efficient way to see the city. STRONGLY RECCOMEND

One of the best secrets in the city. When all other bike-shops are turning you away (like in the spring time), Ishmael gives amazing service at a very affordable price. He even gave me some old inner-tubes to fix at home so I have a spare for the next time I break-down.

This is an amazing bike shop! They have everything you need for reasonable prices. Plus the customer service is beyond amazing. The owner ended up spending 45 minutes putting a rack on my bike and adjusting my ulock position, all the while with such a sweet attitude. He was so helpful and so kind! Will definitely be going back.
