I haven't experienced such nice people with such good service and excellent quality in a long time. I came without an appointment; my tire was damaged before setting off on a long tour from Berlin to Rostock. My bike was taken to the workshop spontaneously and quickly (even though it was a Saturday, when the workshop is normally closed), was repaired perfectly, and my conscience was cleared for the tour at the same time! Thanks again, guys! You're GREAT!

Always friendly, always competent advice, and down-to-earth. Even as an apprentice with a limited budget and a bike to match, I always received excellent help. The service is top-notch! The products I bought there are high-quality and durable. My go-to place for seemingly "unsolvable" problems. ;)

Four years ago, I came across this place looking for Lake Gravel shoes and found what I needed right away. I have fond memories of Bikeline. Last year, being the klutz I am, I wrecked my beautiful Scott Advanced. I remembered Bikeline and showed them the "slightly damaged" bike, and the answer was exactly the same as the salesman's... it's junk. So I needed a new, stylish bike. I wandered around the showroom, and bam, I was sold. MY new road bike! Giant Propel Advanced 1 The service from Matze and Willem was TOP-NOTCH! I feel very well looked after and in good hands. I can ask even the "stupid" questions, and they'll answer them in a way that even I, as a novice, can understand. Thanks, Matze, Willem, and Maik!

Top shop! Always reachable, whether by email or phone. I got an appointment quickly, received incredibly competent advice and repairs. Absolutely recommended! That's service... :)

Excellent advice when it comes to road cycling shoes. You never feel pressured to buy anything. Unfortunately, the shoes I wanted weren't available in my size. I definitely left the store much better informed than before.

Unreliable service and unfriendly staff. We cannot recommend them. Addendum: The owners wrote that I have a pathetic "fake" profile, just like they do with other negative reviews, which I find pathetic. Just try accepting criticism and maybe learn something from it ;-)

Absolutely fantastic workshop and bike shop. Extremely competent, customer-friendly, and professional, with short-notice appointments even in the height of summer. During the initial inspection, you even receive a detailed report detailing all the work performed. Top-notch advice and support for every concern. When you buy your bike, everything is adjusted to fit perfectly. The staff takes the time to answer all your questions in detail. 100% recommended.

I can absolutely recommend this shop. I made an appointment for a saddle fitting, wasn't sure what needed to be changed, but felt like I wasn't sitting on the right saddle. First, my position on the bike was checked, I was measured, my sit bone width was measured, a saddle was selected and fitted, then the position was checked and adjusted again, and finally, I was allowed to take an extensive test ride. All of this was included in the price of the saddle, with no extra charge. After a short adjustment period to the new feeling while sitting, I know that I received excellent advice and bought the right saddle. Incidentally, it costs almost 20 euros less online than in the shop. However, you only get this first-class advice in person. It was absolutely worth it.
