I had a flat tyre. I was asked 30€ for that. When I went back the price went up To 50€ because of bla bla bla, but hey, they are the experts so I paid. I rode back home (250m) and the next morning the tyre was flat again. Went back for a fix and was asked 50€ more. I brought my bike somewhere else and I learnt the lesson well. NEVER AGAIN!

Needed to put some air on my tyre, went there and he literally destroyed my tyre. When I asked what had happened, as my tire only needed air, he yelled at me and said that I had taken a broken tyre and to never bring a broken tyre again (?????). I don’t know if he was drunk or just insane but his behavior was really erratic. The entire experience was terrible. Never going back

Worst bike shop I have ever gone to. We wanted our gears adjusted to run smooth. Shop said some parts need to be replaced. We paid 100 EUR each and the shop did not adjust the new parts. We are 200 EUR poorer and the gears still don’t run smoothly. Owner is a grumpy old man that has lost his skills but refuses to retire. Go somewhere else.

Had a flat tire, called them just to be on the safe side, they told me I could come immediately, had a tube replaced for 20€, parts and labor, in 15 minutes. English spoken, no problem. Went there because the bike shop closest to me required an appointment to look into a simple flat tire (what a surprise...). F* the fancy bike shops. I always get service in the small ones. And by the way, it's almost always the Turkish that are friendly and helpful.

Very bad experience stay away from this shop! First of all there is no system or what so ever. You can not get proper answers at the beginning he speaks really ambiguously. He changes the whole parts but some of my main problems about the bike still goes on and then he says I made like that and charges 100€. Also when you talk to him you realise that he is not very capable of repairing the bikes. He does not understand well what your problem is or because of what can the problem occur.

This is more a warning than a review, but l think it could help avoid bad experiences like mine: my back wheel was bent, l went and asked if he could straighten it or l should just get a new one. Either or, l trusted him when he said better get a new one. When l picked up my bike he said he found a new one like mine, changed spokes for better ones and all and for 90 € l had a new back wheel. l left but noticed after few meters that not only the front brake was damaged but the back wheel wasn’t „that straight“. It was in fact my old one, straighten up a little. When l went back, he kept arguing and lying.

Best to avoid this shop. I went there to pump up my tyre, which should be free. The pump handle came off in my hands almost immediately. Then I was asked to pay €20 for this broken bike pump. The man said it was brand new and I'd handled it roughly, neither of which seem credible. I've never had a bike pump break in my hand before in 20 years of cycling. Now I'm €20 poorer and still have a flat tyre. They're just out to shamelessly take your money. Awful experience.

The first time I went there to fix my lights, everything worked out perfectly and the price was fair. Confident on that, I went there again with a broken back light and a weird sound in my pedals. They told me to come back in the evening. When I did, they replaced the pedals, the chain, the whole back tire (including the metal part), all brakes AND the gears. They told me everything they replaced was broken and needed repair. I didn't ask for that. The cost: 150 euros. The price of my bike when purchased: 130 euros. The bike is working as new now, but I can say that this is an unshameful and very expensive rip-off that I definitely did not ask for, otherwise I would get a new bike! I negotiated to 130 and got a handwritten receipt. Plus, my back light is still not working.

Was very happy with my experience (a repair super quick and cheap where 2 other stores said it could not be repaired) Considering the bad reviews here I am a but surprised. Did not know before. Probably important to detail out exactly what should be done.
