My experience with BlueCargo.bike was unfortunately extremely disappointing. Their website clearly states that they accept and repair RadRunner bicycles. This was also confirmed to me over the phone. So I made a long trip to the shop—only to be told on-site that they suddenly couldn't repair these bicycles after all. Such contradictory and misleading customer service is truly unbelievable. In addition, the service was very poor: The employees seemed extremely unenthusiastic and clearly gave the impression of having no motivation for their work. This is definitely not what customer service should look like. I will certainly never be returning to this shop. My experience with BlueCargo.bike was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed completely unmotivated and gave the clear impression that they had no interest in doing their jobs. This is not what professional customer service should look like. I definitely won't be coming back.

Absolutely amazing VANMOOF workshop. I came there with my Vanmoof S3 and was welcomed with an extreme amount of knowledge, transparency, and professionalism. Everything that had to be done to the bike was explained to me, and the bike wasn't this good even when it was new! Thrilled to have found this workshop.

I've been here several times now to get the brakes serviced. Now my eBullitt drives really well again. Perfectly adjusted, fair and transparent billing and communication. A super friendly and highly professional team! 5/5

I had a real emergency because my cargo bike had stopped braking. I walked in without an appointment and was able to pick up my bike the same day with new brakes and a full service. Thank you so much!

I was here with my Vanmoof S3. It was funny that the guys were impressed by the list of errors. In the end, it turned out that my smart card reader was defective and therefore probably couldn't be easily replaced because the spare parts situation isn't easy. The problem was that the Vanmoof app/smartphone could no longer connect, the speaker or doorbell stopped working, and unlocking with the unlock code was no longer possible. An external partner replaced whatever chip was needed. So, someone had to use a soldering iron. Potential costs were transparent and communicated upfront. Another Vanmoof "partner" wanted to sell me a new bike right away because it no longer made financial sense to repair the bike. In the end, including general maintenance, I ended up with around €300. I thought that was fair. Even though the opening hours aren't ideal for working people, they arranged drop-off and pick-up appointments for me after making a phone call, and they kept all of them. Should one expect an Apple Store feel? No! Should one expect people who genuinely want to take care of their customers? Yes, absolutely!

I took my Vanmoof S3 there to be repaired because the contacts on my battery were fused to the recording. One of the few repair shops that still handles Vanmoof bikes. Great work, everything went smoothly. Highly recommended again and again. 👍

They fixed mi E-Bike in a very short time although they look like a very busy shop. I had to wait one week to get a date. My problem was a simple front wheel brake check and a general safety status check before my first proper ride. They are nice and let me take my bike out of opening times. No card Payment is allowed but I was given the bill to be paid through a bank transfer. Rad Power Bikes service in Berlin.

I'm very satisfied; the team is super friendly, reliable, and fast. I had an old Bullitt frame rebuilt here. From sandblasting to the last screw, everything was perfectly tailored to my needs, at reasonable prices.
