Very kind, but I took my bike in for a tuneup and within a month all the old problems were back. I took it to another shop and they said that my wheels weren’t centred and my brake pads were worn down to nothing. I could see they were correct. I’m not sure how this shop missed these obvious problems. They were the reason I took my bike in for a tuneup in the first place.

I've been here a few times, and the people at Bökes were always very attentive and patient. I got a free repair after the first repair didn't seem to have had much effect. The last time I came by, they did some 'first aid' on my bicycle even though they were too busy to do a full repair within that same week - which I thought was very kind, given their busy agenda.

They repaired my bike perfectly, and the young engineer was extremely kind and professional. They even cleaned the rusty part on my handlebar without me asking. Thank you so much! This will definitely be my go-to shop.

I don't understand why this shop has a high rating. After leaving my bike for repairs and not hearing from them for two weeks, I went to check the status. It took them half an hour to find my bike. Apparently they didn't do repairs due to messing up their internal accounting process. Rather than taking responsibility and providing an apology, they blamed me. Bizarre.

The chain on my bike got loose after I hit a bump, so took it to the nearest bike shop which happened to be Bökes Bikes. Since it was a Saturday afternoon, I was told they could have it ready for pickup by Monday afternoon. Very friendly people, great service and only 20€ in my case, definitely got lucky stumbling upon the right shop!

Great family-run workshop! I am so happy they were recommended to me. I felt really taken care of - and my bike of course. They are very transparent and suggest what they could or should do. They even take the time to explain it, if you have the time. For me it was just a minor thing with the chain, so they charged very little for it. So nice. Now my bike doesn’t make those weird sounds anymore and feels great again. The Böke family seems super trustworthy. Needed that. Thank you 🙏🏻

Fair prices, friendly and competent customer service. Brought my rusty and banged-up old racing bike there for a service/ small overhaul. On leaving Bökes, my previously heavily worn bike was in the best condition it has ever been in while in my possession. Would sincerely recommend their services.
