This bike shop is one of the best. I went in considering their in-house custom bikes, Rakete, and took some great test rides. And left in the meantime with a new Ortlieb backpack. Thanks to Tom for his help!

Amazing service. Arrived Friday evening, the hour before closure. They sell these pre-configured bikes, but the one I was interested in didn't have a rack. The employee there proposed to pick it up the week after on Thursday, which I agreed on, but then he said I should wait a second and he went to the back. After a couple of seconds he came back and said, that I could wait one hour and they would install it directly, so I could take it with me the same day.

Can not recommend it, as they convinced me to get a 60 € tire and bicycle tube (for one wheel only) - and even though this expensive tire is supposed to be much more sturdy, my bicycle was flat only 2 months later. They even mentioned that it would be better to get this tire if I have a kid on a seat in the back. But I actually think these "unbreakable" tires can't withstand the extra weight - so that the tube gets pinched between tube and tire. When I asked them about it, they mentioned that there is no guarantee on tires and tubes.

Took my bike in for a service; was promised to be done within 2 days - in fact I got it back on the same day (underpromised - overdelivered). Price was good; people friendly. First time I ever had a bike serviced (in over 60 years...) - what a joy it is to ride a well-functioning bike! Can only recommend this shop - just check the opening hours before you go.

Super helpful when I went to buy a new chain for my bike. My German was poor, as was his English, but he managed be be super helpful and professional.
