The owner of the shop was incredibly relaxed; he patiently took his time with me, a complete novice, until I had a bowling ball, suitable shoes, and a bag. Getting the finger holes milled to fit perfectly wasn't easy for me, as I couldn't really tell if the pressure was evenly distributed across my fingers, but even then he was incredibly patient and helpful. I also thought it was fantastic that the holes were milled immediately and I could take the bowling ball home after just one hour on a Saturday :) I found the prices to be great and absolutely reasonable. I'll definitely come back if there's anything wrong with the bowling ball I bought today, or if I ever want a new one. Highly recommended!

Comprehensive, friendly, and competent service in a relaxed atmosphere. The prices are very fair, and you can even try out the bowling balls you buy there. We are very satisfied and will gladly come back!

Hi, I recently went bowling at Big Bowling and unfortunately my bowling ball got stuck in the back of the lane. It needed a good polishing. The bowling center has a bowling shop right there, which was very convenient for me. So I went there and explained my problem. The technician took a look at my ball and advised me on what could be done. I left the ball there for a week to have it repaired. And I have to say, when I saw the bowling ball, I really thought it was brand new; you could hardly see any of the damage anymore. Fantastic work, and I was thrilled that it turned out so well. So I can definitely recommend the shop. Very friendly service and the prices are reasonable. They also have a huge selection of bowling accessories. Thanks again! Regards, Mario

Very friendly. Getting my ball checked and re-drilled was quick and easy. The shop is small but perfectly formed. After asking at reception, I was allowed to play my ball briefly. The lady opened a lane for me, and that was also completely straightforward. All in all, I'm very satisfied. If I have anything or need anything, I know where I'll go 😊

Long drive, but recommended by friends. Cozy shop, very friendly and competent service. The new custom-fitted ball was worth it; the results speak for the great job done in the shop. Prices and drilling service are top-notch!

I'm giving it 4 stars because [Cons] I have to deduct one star for the consistently lack of soap in the men's restroom and the poor air quality when the bowling alley is full. The soap issue is easily fixed, though. The poor air quality is due to the old air conditioning system. [Pros] US-Bowl has nice, straight lanes where you can actually hit the pins you're aiming for. That's why I really enjoy bowling here. US-Bowl has friendly service and good fast food. The prices are quite fair. I can wholeheartedly recommend US-Bowl-Berlin to families, competitive bowlers, and recreational players. ☺
