Terrible service. Wanted to buy a nice top but was told by the person behind the counter to go to the other checkout. Waited there for almost 10 min but no one came. When I went back to the other checkout the person was just uninterested on his phone. Will not go here again, luckily there are lot of shops around with better service.

Bruno’s used to be my first shopping stop in Berlin. It you are an L or larger sized person, don’t waste your time. Everything is sized for twinks or child sized apparel. It’s a shame to reduce their market to the level of irrelevance to most gays. You can buy some fetish gear, but you can buy that in many places.

First time visiting and it is properly stocked and has a wide selection of every kind of male lounge/underwear and plenty more. Sadly I can't recognize the great atmosphere all the other ratings are talking about. When we greeted the employees and were met with silence, and even though I found a few things to buy for myself, there wasn't much interaction from the seller behind the register. I wish there were stores like this in more countries and it is a visit worthy, but the lack of customer service made it only better than a visit to a website because I could have the products in hand and try them out. This is from the perspective of a tourist speaking English.

I recently visited this amazing store in Berlin, and I just have to share how much I loved it! The selection is fantastic, the atmosphere is so inviting, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. If you’re ever in Berlin, this store is a must-visit. I can’t wait to come back next time I’m in the city.

If you are looking for Berliner Bear statue with rainbow colour, this is the right place. Brunos Berlin is located in the LGBTQ+ neighbourhood. the shop mainly focus on men, selling men's clothing, books, gay movies, gifts and so on. A lot things to see and eplore. Although the products here are generally pricy , they do offer something on sale time to time. Even you don't buy anything, It's really great place to hang out with friends, and have a beautiful gay day. don't forget to snap a picture with the bear for memories.
