Great experience. I am in USA DC and was not planning to purchase a bike from Berlin. Fueled by their instagram posts and excellent vintage italian bike inventory I inquired about a favorite brand. CB shop responded quickly confirming stock for the exact esoteric maker and at a very reasonable price for a mid level frame with good bits. I asked a bunch of questions about the components and setup. All were answered quickly. Payment was done through Paypal and within a week the bike was packed and shipped off via DHL. The bike was excellently packaged. Boxing was superior, parts stabilized for the long journey, easy to unpack and adjust. The condition of the bike and setup were exemplary for a transaction under $1.2K including shipping. If that is how CB treats a modest sale, I can only imagine how well they handle a $2-3K transaction.

I brought my bike in a few days ago and picked it up today. Unfortunately, it seems to be in worse condition than when I dropped it off , it’s now making noises that weren’t there before, and there appears to be new damage. It honestly feels like they may have caused minor issues just to charge for additional repairs later. Very disappointed with the experience and will be cautious about returning.

I had some sudden trouble with my city bike’s brakes and stopped by the shop since it is a closest thing to home. And they have helped me instantly, even though my bike is not the type of bikes they usually service. It was a quick fix that totally saved my day. THANK YOU!!!

I highly recommend Cicli Berlinetta! I recently purchased my dream bicycle from them. It's a beautiful and rather rare late 70s or early 80s high-end italian road bike. I especially love it because it's almost perfectly identical to a bike that I had owned (then regrettably sold) as a teenager in the early 80s. How fun to ride around on this bike now, I instantly feel 45 years younger! The whole purchasing experience was excellent. Being located in the US, I was unable to see or try out the bike, so I really appreciated Tiziano's detailed communications about every aspect of the bike's condition before placing my order. He even swapped in a set of brakes and wheels to better match the bike that I used to own, before shipping it to me at no additional charge. Overall, the bike is in fantastic condition. Thanks a lot Tiziano and the team at Cicli Berlinetta!

Ugh they provide the best service in Berlin for bikes. My bike was honestly in a terrible condition that I did not realise and I had given it to them for fixing the flat tire, the technician helped fix all the issues and the prices are reasonable!! Totally recommend their service!!

I met Dustin a long long time ago before I started my own bikeshop. He gave me his card and I told him I would visit one day. Now that I found some time to visit Berlin I had to drop in for a visit and I need some parts that only he would have... Turns out he no longer has the mavic parts I needed to finish off a project but nonetheless his shop is well worth the visit. His collection is second to none. He also knows his shizzle so anybody looking for campagnolo smallparts or maybe a colnago c35 should check it out.
