Two stars for my first two visits there, which were good. During the last one, guy denied in service because of reasons. I wanted to replace a tape on my handlebar and he said that I must buy tape in their shop and its not he, who makes the rules, but his boss and he is just an employee. On my question why - I didn't get any answer.

I had the most best experience I would have had received from a bike repair store and also from a person - in general. I had a problem with a lock on my problem, my bike was back at home, 15 walk from store, and this worker Kevin was his name, took the heavy tools, and with no problem came back to my backyard to sew off this lock, also he gave me good suggestions in the terms of my bike. I’m extremely happy and overwhelmed by his genuine coming forward ❤️❤️

I bought my bike more than 10 years ago and didn’t want to invest a lot of money anymore in terms of repairs since I thought my bike was way too old and broken to drive it much longer. So I went to Comobike to get the yearly inspection done and get a small, but very annoying issue fixed. However, the team from Comobike told me how well my bike was actually still maintained and that it would make sense to just exchange a couple of pieces to get my bike back on track again vs buying a completely new bike. And yes, they were absolutely right! It’s a WHOLE new cycling experience after a couple of things got fixed for a very fair price. Can absolutely recommend this place for their great consultation, fair and transparent pricing and very quick (same day!) repair. Special thanks to the very knowledgeable employee Kevin who was so kind and patient to answer all of my endless questions! You guys rock!

Rafael fixed an issue with my chain/chain ring within minutes, and gave me some tips on maintenance. No charge! Fantastic friendly bike shop, will be coming back in the future

Super friendly, had a small repair and fixed on the spot unlike most other shops in Berlin that ask you to book an appointment and come back in a month :)

Over the phone was quoted 50 euro to replace a 7 speed cassette and chain, in the shop the mechanic said he couldn't let us know the price until after we registered contact details in their system - not a nice sales tactic - and then quoted us for over 100 euros (this included a 13 euro rear derailleur adjustment we did not ask for and could do ourselves no problem). Parts quoted were Sunrace and KMC, for double the price of equivalent or better Shimano parts found online - of course small shops can't compete on parts price, but still it was steep. The mechanic got mad when confronted with the price we got over the phone all he could say was that they "don't discuss prices".

Hi Johan,<br><br>It's generally difficult to give a price quote remotely without knowing the specific problem with your bike. We work very systematically to fully meet our customers' expectations. Our system is such that we can only scan the labor values from our labor value book once the customer data has been entered. That's how the system works, and since we're not programmers, we unfortunately can't change it. Regarding the gears: if we install a cassette, we also have to adjust the derailleur. We can't know if you can adjust the gears yourself. That's why we document everything in writing, item by item and step by step, so you can understand what's being done. If you disagree with any item on the order, we can, of course, delete it before you give us the go-ahead and confirm it with your signature. Ultimately, you decide what gets done, not us. We're just doing our job, and we want to do it really well.<br><br>Regards, Rafa

Friendly folks, a small but decent assortment of bike accessories and quick service for small repairs. They have a bike pump out front, in case you need it, and for bigger jobs, they can order in parts fairly quickly from the other shops in their network.

By far the best costumer service I’ve ever received. Excellent work on our bike!! We came in with a completely useless bike and got it back in perfect condition later the same day. Fair and cheap prices. Would definitely recommend this place if you need help fixing you bike. 😄🚲
