Very professional, friendly, and quick service. I arrived without an appointment and was still helped immediately. The person in charge was very honest and transparent, clearly explaining what was not repairable on my bike, even though repairing it would have been more profitable for him. They speak English & German. Highly recommended repair shop in Berlin.

Awful. Went there for a flat tire fix and it blew hours after picking it up in the situation I went through with no damage a million times before. Also took them 2 days to fix (!!!) when it actually takes less than an hour. It is incredibly sad to realize it’s probably because I communicated in English at first and wasn’t welcome from the very beginning. Ended up going to a different store workers of which opened my eyes on how poorly the job was done.

Amazing experience! Highly recommend. Fixed my bike, even though hopes were not high. And even adjusted my brakes along the way. Reasonable pricing, personal attitude and also quite fast work. Totally recommend!

I bought my bike in to the shop in pieces and they put it back together very quickly and were honest about what needed fixing (things I already knew about ) - they spent time to show me everything and answer any questions and charged very reasonable prices! Great customer service, very happy with this place!

I visited the store today with a brand new bike that had a defect, I clarified I had the option to send it back and get a refund if the repair was not worth it. I received a really professional feedback, such as advices that were not in his interest. I was discouraged to repair it and encourage to return it and I got some tips about what to look for when I buy a new bike for a better experience (bikes that the store is not selling). I’m so grateful for the support I received today and can only recommend.

Derailleur is the only thing broken but repairman insists that the whole tire must be replaced. I went their yesterday to have my derailleur replaced. I already purchased the spare part from Amazon so I could save significantly, instead of buying there for a higher mark-up. I got the greatest surprise in my life when the young repairman says that I need to replace the whole rear wheel which were relatively in good condition. Also, he said that the replacement part I bought doesn’t fit. He was clearly wrong. Talk about sustainability too when repairman wants you to pay for a new one despite of good condition🤣! Of course I do not believe this should be the case. walked out and went to the next Werkstatt where they happily fixed the bike and used the derailleur I brought. Dear bike repair shops, a trip to a bike repair shop should not be a luxury.

Lovely and friendly local bike shop with the best shop song in town. Had a bike check done last year on my city bike and this week they fitted some tyres to my road bike, not only very quickly but €20 cheaper than the quoted price, too! Superb place :)))

Superb, same-day (!) service of my carbon road bike (Rennrad) without an appointment! A quick but thorough checkup was made while I was there and a few parts needed to be exchanged bringing the price up higher than expected. Through the expertise of the mechanic, certain parts did not need to be exchanged in the end and could stay/be re-used, bringing down the price considerably. Professional and polite service at a reasonable price. I will be back!
