Conrad had me at hello, I haven’t found such a friendly service in Germany actually, as a foreigner you may agree with me that German services are much to be desired. This bicycle repair shop has restored hope in me where I will be served with respect, in time and with competence. Highly recommended place.

Very kind, helpful and friendly staff. All of them speak both Deutsch and English. One stop shop for bike repairs and services. ( specially for foreigners)

The "Radskeller" inhales everything I wished for in a neighborhood bicycle store. The staff is friendly, and the store looks great. Sadly my first repair was a nightmare. They renewed my tires. Not even after a kilometer of cycling, I had my first puncture. Once I got back to the store to find out how this is possible, the vibe quickly shifted, and the friendliness was replaced by rudeness. Aggressively they asked me why I even came back and assured me that the tires and their work were perfect. Now, three months later, both tires don't look rideable anymore. There are tears and holes in them. They look like my previous tires after three years. Looking the tires up, they are the cheapest you can find. I just ordered new and good tires and will install them myself. I am sad about the wasted 100 Euros but even more about the unnecessary landfill this experience produced. After my last encounter, I don't even see how approaching them might help in any way. Most probably the worst customer experience I ever had.

very helpful and friendly staff. they didn't had what i was looking for, but they tried to help by recommending a different solution and even another bike shops to try. they got themselves a future customer definitely.
