Amazing place! We went to Conrad after moving to Berlin only a week ago and got the best help we could have ever asked for. The team were really understanding, did not try to rip us off and really made us feel welcome: super happy. 10/10 👌

Thought I'd give this bike shop a try since it is close to my work. In the end, they are happy to take your money but when there is an issue, they are not willing to help out after. Will rather go back to my usual bike store.

Super friendly, the guy assisted me with my bike when he was closed and really didn’t hafto. But I was in dire need just before a ride and just took a chance to be properly berlin style yelled at to use the pump, but he really kindly came out and pumped my bike tires and let me know what PSI they should be at. On previous occasions he helped others with their bikes, so impressed I bought some chain oil and wheel caps. I’ll definitely be taking my beloved cycle there for some tuning up in the future.

I left my bike here to have them switch my flat tire. When i got it back, they had broken my gear shifter. I told them, and they repaired it free of charge (great). When I got my bike back again and started biking, I noticed too late they had broken my foot-pedal break and almost ended up going into a busy street because I couldn't stop. When I took it back and mentioned this, they said I had broken it myself (it had always worked perfectly before), and that they would fix it for 120 euros but probably, they said, I should buy a new bike instead. Great.
