Never ever will go to this shop again! Asked for inspection and maintenance along with a few bits to be replaced. SPECIFICALLY asked to the chain be waxed instead of oiled. Couple days after I picked up my bike dirty as hell, covered in finger marks of dirty grease. They didn't even bother to clean the saddle of grease after maintenance so I've ruined my pants. But the main disappointment that after I asked for chain being wax lubricated, they returned bike with a new chain freshly oiled. After I complained they checked the chain box, it says it waxed from the factory, so everything good. But after I got home I checked the chain and IT'S COVERED in oil. So now I need to remove the whole chain train, clean and degrease all the parts. And I've paid for this new parts and for installing it. Waste of money, waste of time. Regretting

As the only Woom dealer dealer in my area, we had a great experience. I took my 5 yr old to get a new bike and they had all various sizes of Woom bikes out front as testers so my son was able to try out the Woom 4 and Woom 5. They even lent me bike to ride around with him to see how comfortable he was on each one before we made our decision. After viewing my son riding each bike, the staff recommended the larger Woom 5 which was a great choice as he will grow into it and has been riding it comfortable everyday for a week and absolutely loves it. The price is the same as if you purchased online so I would highly recommend attending this store if you looking to buy a Woom for your kids. If you child is a little small for the Woom 5 you can ask for another seat which lowers it almost another 3 cm which was perfect for my son.

Bought a Woom bike here for our LO which they offered for a small discount at that time. We were entertained well and service was pretty quick. We had an eye on the bike for a while already so service was pretty quick, color chosen, bike assembled and paid. Nothing complicated. While paying though, another sales person(A) attending another customer(B) suddenly got rude when B wanted to compute his total due (on his own) upon paying. B did that simply without a fuss really. However, A suddenly got rude saying „warum? ich verarsche Sie nicht!“ defensively. I wish I hadn’t seen that.

I purchased a new bike here and very much appreciated the help of who I think was the owner and another fellow who helped me find a good bike. I live nearby so I wanted to support the business. I was told to bring it back in 6 weeks for the "first tuneup", which I recently did. Having just moved to Berlin I am actively learning to speak German but I am by no means fluent, so I always politely ask sales people if they can speak English to make sure. The tall bald guy at this bike shop said: "yes, but I f-ing hate it" quite aggressively and then stared at me with a smirk on his face. It was very uncomfortable. I was curious as to why I provoked such a response, but I will have to reflect on it some more. I have my suspicion. I would have walked out of the store but I was entitled to a tuneup as part of the $$$$ I gave them for my bike. This sales person then lectured me about how I needed to book an appointment online, which I was not informed of when I purchased the bike. The best part is despite his excessive attitude I decided to support the business because of the owner, but they didn't install what I asked for. Despite purchasing my bike there and wanting to support my local shop, I will never take my bike back because I don't want to have to engage with that rude salesperson again. It was unnecessary and will cost them my business. TLDR: proceed with caution: extremely rude attitude

Great service, fast and honest prices. My bike hat a flat tired fixed within 40min. Two days later another bike from our group has been serviced the same day. Besides, they have great gear and great bikes to sell. I totally recommend!
