Best bike shop that I've been so far for my Omnium. I went there after an accident to get things fixed. They were very friendly, they took their time to understand what I need, very clear in the shop also quick responses to my emails. I don't think I'd go to another shop in the future to be honest.

Best bike workshop in Kreuzberg and Mitte. Amazing staff, good prices and unbeatable service overall. Either for bike repairs, buying a new bike or getting spare parts, is one of the best options in Berlin.

The bike rentals are absolutely sturdy, care-free, "shredelicious" beasts. Well maintained old-school MTBs with 1x7 drive train, pavement friendly tyres and front rack - what more can you wish for. Staff is super friendly and accommodating regarding extra needs / special requirements. I go here every time I am in Berlin, can HIGHLY recommend.

Excellent repair and customer service. Very friendly people. Quality and price, I recommend as I am satisfied with what my bike has become after going there. Work worthy of the kreuzberg bikes and their problems, especially when it comes to Omniums.

What a place! I was longtime looking for a bikeshop that would suit my style of bike/parts choice: quality over quantity, small brands (Messaker/Stridsland/etc.) aswell as celebrating the estethic of it all. I clearly found it here, in the middle of the city. Extra: everybody working here is riding bikes, either as (ex-) messengers or just for "fun" (whatever that is) and can give you advice based on experience, not industry standards. Nice!

Truly pleasant experience with the Crow crew! My bike was fixed very professionally, they were fast and on top of everything gave me useful advice when it comes to the maintenance. I can definitely recommend them :)

They built my bike from a vintage frame. They gave me excellent advice on how I wanted to use my bike in the future. I love my new bike and have already made several long trips on it. I recommend them without hesitation.
