I was there with my young son to buy a bicycle. At first there was no help or sign of anyone walking over to help us. Then we approached a young gentleman who was impolite and impatient. His tone could definitely use some work. We remained patient and continued to test the various bikes and compare using google, until Jurgen saved the day. He was kind, helpful and very insightful. Thanks Jurgen you are an asset to the shop and my son appreciates all your help and loves his new bike!

I went there to install my new purchased pedals online from their website and went to the workshop to install on my bike. However for this basic work they gave me 20 days later appointment and did not support me with anything at all! I was even about to purchase tools to fix myself and just asked if they have a grease that I can use on the pedal and they said no! The only helped that they gave me another bike shop name which I could find a help over there

I had previously visited Radhouse and Decathlon before coming here. The staff there were very friendly and respectful. However, I felt that the staff here could be a bit more welcoming. They seemed demotivated and reactive, not looking to help us or sell anything to us at all. I found what I wanted without any assistance and bought it from them, but the overall experience wasn't as pleasant as it was at the other stores.

While looking for a new bike (colloquially known as a "wire donkey"), I found a large selection of modern and stylish bikes in this shop. Choosing was difficult, but I received excellent advice from a super friendly, competent, and patient salesperson – because I couldn't decide at first, I came back a second time :). Thanks Jerome!

It's huge. Offers a good selection of bikes. For some reason they didn't have any of gravel bikes we came looking for. The staff was demotivated and reactive, not looking to help us or sell anything to us at all

We loved our experience here! Great staff especially Farah he was very helpful and friendly. He made our purchase of the bike very smooth and informative. Big thanks to farah and the team! Bikes are amazing here of course but to find what fits your personal preferences you need a good and helpful staff team.

I had a truly disappointing experience with Fahrrad XXL. The bike was delivered at an unacceptable time of 6:30 am, despite the agreed-upon 8:00 am delivery. The package with essential accessories was not delivered and returned to the shop, even though my name was visible on the door during the bike delivery. Customer support was unresponsive and blamed the issue on DHL, refusing to take responsibility. They offered no suitable solutions, leaving me with the option to repurchase everything and wait for a refund. Overall, the customer service was unhelpful and I received no assistance with my concerns.

The review is actually for Fahrrad XXL the website and customer service and not the store specifically. We ordered a bike online and hoped that it can be sent to the store in Berlin - for reason we still don't understand this was not possible. The bike was delivered at 6.30am, the other things we got (lock, light, etc.) were sent separately and never arrive but were instead directly sent back. After calling customer service several times there was no motivation to help us as it was the delivery provider. The bike we received has several problems. We called customer service to ask whether they can schedule us an appointment in the store so the team can help us. Such requests are only possible via an online form, not by phone. So we submitted the form. Unfortunately still no answer after 3 days...

I bought a bike here and we had a great experience with the costumer service. They helped us to choose a suitable bike and also provided helpful suggestions and information to take a good care of it. I really liked the atmosphere, employees' attitude and the wide range of amazing bikes. I will recommend this place to anyone who plans to buy a new bicycle.

Awesome store! The bikes are a bit pricey but totally worth the money. Staff is competent, friendly and very patient 😅 You can try ride any bike right inside the store. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, definitely recommend this store. I am completely happy with my new two wheeler friend :)
