I wouldn't go there again. They sold a dartboard with dents (clear dings) as a display model for the regular price, claiming it was sisal and normal. The saleswoman acted like I didn't know anything about it—rude and not customer-oriented. And items that were in stock in the online shop weren't available in the store. I couldn't find the right tips there either.

As darts newbies, we went into the store to get advice on which darts would be right for us. The salesperson, along with other customers, did a great job of giving us tips. We were also able to touch and try out every type of dart. The visit culminated in the purchase of our first dart set. Great!

A really great shop! The saleswoman was very, very nice and gave my wife and me, as complete beginners in darts, excellent advice. We even had the opportunity to test the darts we had chosen. We were even allowed to take a close look at the protective cases for the darts, which was very nice. We can highly recommend the shop and will definitely come back.

A super friendly lady advised us, without any pressure or feeling like we had to buy anything. We were allowed to try things out, ask questions, and ultimately left the store feeling great. 😇 I can highly recommend this shop, because someone there clearly does their job with passion. I sought advice on-site regarding the purchase of new darts. Good selection and friendly staff who were helpful. Since my desired weight wasn't available, they ordered it for me. When I called again after more than a week without a response to check the status, I was told nothing had arrived. The same thing happened again a week later – with the reassurance that I would be called the following day, which, of course, didn't happen. To this day (a month later), I still haven't received a response... Of course, I've since bought the darts elsewhere. Poor customer service

A wide selection of darts, billiards, snooker, and table football products for beginners and professional players. Many brand-name items at truly affordable prices, right here in your local specialist shop. I received excellent advice from professional players and was very happy with the accessories. The parking right outside the door is also fantastic. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Many thanks again and best of luck with the grand opening.
