1st visit_16.02.2022: Great Staff in the Service area. I was there couple of weeks ago with a flat tire that needed a new valve. The technician changed it and adjusted the tire. All for free! Thank you guys so much for making it very easy to get such a great service. Totally Recommend! 2nd visit_23.05.2022: Was there to buy a bag rack for my bike. People there are really nice and helpful, they helped me to find the right rack and helped me to install it for free. Just be friendly with them & smile and you will find the right person who will help you. 'he is reading this now, i am sure 😉' Thanks alot guys, always my favourite bike store.

I just tried to get a child’s bike seat for my son, I waited for about 30 minutes and was basically invisible I tried on multiple occasions to ask some one for help 3 different staff told me to ask a colleague???? Who are these colleagues I asked, where are they? So I approached the lady at the “info desk” who told me as I was approaching “ if you have any questions you need to ask a colleague “” at this point my kids were getting bored and I’m getting stressed but I decide to wait a few more minutes to see if I could find these mysterious colleagues? Then because my kid touched a bike and spun the wheel the horrible lady at the “ info desk” decided to walk over and give me hell about my children and that the bikes were very expensive please control your Children,

Lovely and helpful staff. Spoke decent English. Very knowledgeable. The prices were also overly fair. Even less than amazon at times

All staff were friendly and could answer my questions. Good selection of bikes and all things bike-related - I found what I wanted. Inside and outside test track and generally nice atmosphere. Big, open space. Plenty of parking.

I had a problem with a bike that I bought online. After several failed attempts to fix them myself, I went to RADHaus Berlin. They fixed both problems within 30min and we’re very nice. In the end, they didn’t even charge me for it and said, that I should come back if I had any other problem. Will definitely come back!

Even despite I was not able to find a bike for me the service was great, you can find English speakers to help you. There's a good selection of bikes and you can try everything in the huge track they have inside.

Great store. Wonderful people. Really knowledgable and helpful. Excellent and massive selection of commercial bicycles. As an expat I was sure that my limited(but growing) knowledge of the German language would hinder me from buying the perfect bicycle for myself. However the team made me feel like I was at home and helped me try out multiple options based on my needs, ultimately allowing me to make the best choice with the budget I had. Would highly recommend a visit if you're planning to buy a new bike! Also, I know where I am going to service my bicycle next! :)
