Some of the employees are incredibly nice and will gladly take the time to help you choose and try out bicycles, while others are True Berliners: they seem to hate their lives and your role in them. I don't mind the rudeness of the employees though - what earns the three-star rating is the fact that they charged me extra for the wrong pedals. They also forgot to give me the free bike repair kit that they promised, but I don't care so much about that. When I reminded them of this, they suggested I come visit the store and then stopped replying. Sorry, not visiting the store when all you need to do is refund five euros.

I went to take my bike for a service. The person first claimed €250, then I mentioned a noise near the crank, so suddenly it became €310 and without any explanation at all when he printed the invoice, it became €350. The bike shop then told me to get a bike of the same calibre would cost €700, but they were actually selling the exact same bike for €550. I took my bike and bought a new one from radhaus in pankow as well as 2 flat-less tires. About 3 days later the rear wheel kept losing air despite there being no puncture. Pankow is pretty far from me and I was going to Reinickendorf this day so I took my bike in, produced the purchase invoice and explained the issue. The same man that I saw on the previous visit then proceeded to print and invoice for €32 to fix a loose valve, and they wouldn't be able to do it on the day so it had to wait at least one day. This was a con, my bike was within warranty and he was trying to take advantage. I realised after most of the things on the service sheet were completely unnecessary and he was trying to rip me off. I then went to back to Pankow, despite the extra time and distance who looked at my bike straight away, the man took a tool and tightened my valve twice and my bike was fixed, under warranty how it should have been. Though I had good service at Radhaus Pankow, I cannot recommend the Reinickendorf store.

Extremely rude. I came in with a bicycle needing a tuneup. One of the employees sent me upstairs to the workshop. The man in the workshop was patronizing and mocked the state of my bike, before telling me that I needed an appointment. I said ok, I'm happy to make an appointment; at which point, he stated, almost with pride, that they had no appointments available for 2 months. Of course that would be too long to wait. I informed the man downstairs about the wait times, which he seemed to be aware of. So why, I asked, would you have sent me upstairs in the first place? Clearly disorganized and unhappy employees. I will never go back.

Friendly people who help you to choose a proper bike for yourself. They have a lot of collections of bike and lock with different price and models. Also they have some narrow line to try the bike.

I had to explain 4 times to 4 different staff members a simple exchange of brake/gearshifter cables. Was misinformed about the price - ranging between 20 and 80 euro depending on whom i was talking with. After 40minutes of looking at the bike nobody in the shop was able to provide me the information "when" and "how long" would it take. My personal opinion - extremely incompetent. Will not go there. Ever. Again.
