I had a trouble with my gravel bike after a trip , so I decided to come in this place and ask for a help . Manager listened to me and examined the bike. Then I called the repairman, they talked a little about my problem, and then they undertook to make my bike completely free of charge and allowed me to look at the work of the master, so that in the future I could fix the bike myself. Thanks for the excellent service.

this place is ridiculous. I went straight from the airport with my bike still in the box. all I wanted was for them to put the handlebar and pedals back on. they wanted me to pay €90 and come back in one month to pick it up. I told them that was the most ridiculous thing I had ever heard in my 10+ years going to bike shops in different countries. In the end I decided to assemble the parts loosely and roll the bike along, as opposed to dragging it around still in the box. You don't have to guess where I left the box.
