Absolutely disastrous customer service! I wanted to return some gloves – a perfectly normal procedure. The salesperson initially asked me to wait two minutes. Then it became five minutes because his boss was supposedly in a meeting. And not even 30 seconds later, he suddenly said the boss might need half an hour. I turned around and left – my time is too valuable for such games. On top of that, they refused to return a helmet (unworn, in its original packaging, a gift). The salesperson wasn't willing to listen to a single argument – completely resistant to advice and inflexible. I understand there are rules, but at least listening should be the minimum standard. This is simply appalling service – I will never buy anything from this store again. Not recommended!

We went there for a consultation and ended up with Felix. An incredibly helpful consultation, covering all the pros and cons – explained honestly and transparently. There's also a test track. Free parking. We'll definitely buy from them. Thank you!

We are very happy with the selection of gravel bikes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to test ride a lot of bikes. The test track is a bit lacking, but that doesn't stop us from giving this shop a 5-star rating. Great shop.

I was in your shop yesterday to buy a bicycle! Mr. Nolting gave us a very friendly welcome, and I explained what I was looking for in a new bike. He showed me several bikes, and I took them for a test ride. What I really appreciated was that he observed my riding style and made sure my position was correct. Mr. Nolting gave me absolutely fantastic advice, and I NEVER felt pressured to buy anything! What can I say? I found my dream e-bike! 🥰 Thank you so much for this wonderful service, and a big thank you to Mr. Nolting for your patience and efforts!

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I went there to install my new pedals to my bike. They assembled my pedals in 10 minutes which was quite fast!

We went there to simply check out some gravel bikes, loved riding some of them. Leon helped us and gave us a lot of great information (even with our German and english) Went there a week later, Leon helped us with everything. Helped us decide on the Cube Nuroad Pro FE. Gave us lot of discounts while billing. Great service. Great collection. Thanks for everything :)

I brought my bike here for a simple inspection. They told me that the chain needs to be shortened which was weird to begin with, since the bike was practically new. After I got my bike back the pedal fell off a couple of days later. I brought the bike back, they told me that a pice was broken, but it's no big deal, it will work non the less. The pedal was remounted on the bike, but 2 days later it fell off again. I'm not willing to bring my bike back here ever again. A perfectly functioning bike now needs to be repaired after incompetent intervention on their part.
