I booked an appointment for a complete check-up through an advertisement on the DB Rad app, offering a 25% discount after deducting 75km of my cycled kilometers. The kilometers were deducted immediately, along with a 1 cent charge for credit card verification, but I didn't receive a confirmation email. I cycled there for an hour anyway, but couldn't find any information or help (phone number or any contact details). I also couldn't find any help online.

Everything went perfectly, the appointment was straightforward and quick. The front wheel tube was replaced and both tires were inflated, €25.

Great idea and excellent service – I dropped off my bike at Südkreuz station in the morning and picked it up again in the evening. A complete checkup was performed, and the brake pads were replaced. Depending on the specific issue, various service packages (e.g., gear shifting, brakes, checkup) can be booked. The handover was contactless, and payment was made by credit card. I'm very satisfied and will use DB Radfix again.

I can absolutely recommend this service. Booking an appointment was very straightforward, and although everything was done digitally, I was given clear instructions on where to leave my bike and how to secure it. At the end of the day, my repaired bike was back at its designated spot. No long waits or delays whatsoever.

Very convenient service! I had my road bike repaired here while I was at work and was able to pick it up again after work. The repair was probably a bit more expensive than some hidden gem, but it was completely hands-free and much easier to integrate into my daily routine.

Excellent bicycle repair service. I booked it easily online, dropped my bike off in the morning, and picked it up again in the evening. My bike received a thorough check-up and the light was repaired. Now it's running perfectly again :-) Everything was done online, incredibly easy. I'll definitely be back!

Excellent service. I was able to easily book an appointment online and got one really quickly. Which was much needed. I dropped my bike off at the repair station at the train station in the morning and picked it up again in the afternoon, repaired, and was able to cycle home. Highly recommended, I would definitely use them again.

Excellent service! Appointments are available very quickly. All repairs and services can be selected online, and their prices can be compared transparently. I was able to lock my bike up at Südkreuz station on my way to work in the morning and pick it up ready in the evening. It integrates perfectly into my workday! Cycling and Deutsche Bahn (DB) have become so much fun! :D
