I had a great experience at Decathlon when buying my e-bike. Giovanni and Haytham were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They were patient, honest, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. They carefully explained the different models and gave honest recommendations based on my needs. Their cooperation and professionalism made the decision so much easier, and I truly appreciated their friendly attitude. Excellent customer service, thank you both! I’m so happy with my new e-bike!

Christian at the Service Point was supremely helpful in helping me adjust my daughter's bike brakes. He was extremely helpful throughout and guided us really well regarding the servicing of bikes and purchase of replacement parts.

Great price quality, which is not a surprise for Decathlon, but also many thanks to the team supporting with the bike purchase. Great assistance from Giovanni and Emanuele helping choose a bike for my son and then supporting with the setup. That was 3 months ago and the bike is still doing well

The products are good quality and fairly priced. However, the store’s organisation is the reason for this review. I couldn’t find a measuring tape to check whether the kneepads I wanted would fit. When I asked staff for help, they were unable to assist. Providing a measuring tape at the changing rooms or close to the product would be helpful. Another issue is the placement of the checkout. Having it in the middle of the store instead of near the exit is a poor choice. Since most stores place their checkout by the exit, I naturally went there to pay, only to realise I had to walk back to the centre of the store and then retrace my steps again. It was frustrating enough that I briefly considered leaving without buying anything.

I had a wonderful experience at Decathlon Alexanderplatz, Berlin. Special thanks to Giovanni and Dariia, who made my visit truly exceptional. Giovanni is an incredibly skilled salesperson with deep knowledge of bicycles, e-bikes, and other sports equipment. His ability to explain the technical details clearly and recommend exactly what fits your needs is remarkable. Benjamin and Dariia are equally impressive — very gentle, patient, and informative. Highly recommend visiting this store — especially if you get the chance to be assisted by either of them.

I had an excellent experience at the service point centre. My bike had several issues, and Christian took the time to carefully check everything and fix them all. He was professional, efficient, and made sure the bike was in perfect condition before handing it back. I truly appreciate the quality of service and the attention to detail.
