Today around 13:00, I went to this place and the security guard had a very racist behavior. I entered with a beer and he asked me in a very arrogant way to go outside. I was not doing anything weird if not looking camping chairs with my girlfriend, but it’s fine, I went outside without questioning, I can understand that it could create issues. After going outside, I asked the reason for the aggressive behavior. The guard started telling me that I have to learn German, and other things that I didn’t understand. He intentionally spoke German to not let me understand because he knew English. This person had a very bad behavior with me without any reason, just because I was not speaking German. I felt very bad after this episode. What was the reason for this? It was not complex to kindly say that alcohol was not allowed inside. These persons are better to stay at home instead of doing what they do with total disrespect of others. Behaviors like this one should not be tolerated.

Today at 2:00 PM, I encountered a horrible female cashier (a Black woman). Her indifferent expression, rude attitude, and gestures… I’ve never seen such an ugly way of speaking in my life. She was lucky I didn’t have time; otherwise, there would’ve been a serious argument—not with her, but with the manager who hired her. I just chose to laugh it off; I won’t engage with someone so low. But let me say this: such disrespect won’t be tolerated next time. She treated the customer before me the same way… How does Decathlon even select its employees? If you’re unhappy and going to sulk, don’t do this job! I simply asked if there was a bag, and this is what I got… Sad. I hope you address this because I’ll be filing complaints elsewhere too.

Do not trust the online information about available items for pickup. I was disappointed because the shoes I wanted were shown (still are) available there but I couldn't find them and the store employee also could not. The store seems chaotic and unorganized. I wasn't impressed by the personnel. One employee tried to find the shoes with me so I want to give credit for that. All in all. I wouldn't go here again and would visit another DC Store in Berlin.

Just had my brakes adjusted by Giampiero and he was so helpful! My bike is as good as new and he made sure I wasn't buying any unnecessary parts. Understood the problem and fixed it on the spot. Excellent bike knowledge and made the whole experience enjoyable. Just what a local bile shop should be like!

I visited there to buy a bicycle and to mention this, i had such a wonderful experience with the bicycle staff as they explained me the different categories of bicycle including city bike, mountain bike and so on. They even asked me my requirements and helped me to finalize the bicycle which is best suited for me. At the end, I must say, this is a best place to buy a bicycle.

I recently had the pleasure of using the bike service offered by Decathlon, Gesundbrunnen. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of excellent. Giampiero was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and skilled; who took the time to understand my bike's issues and provide a comprehensive assessment of what needed to be done. Throughout the entire service process, he kept me informed and updated on the progress of the repairs. He went above and beyond to ensure that my bike was functioning perfectly before I left the center. Overall, I absolutely recommend this bike service. The staff are professional, courteous, and extremely skilled at what they do. If you are looking for an amazing bike service, look no further than Decathlon, Gesundbrunnen. Also, go for Giampiero, I would say the best in Berlin.

I'm going to write a review about a man named GIAMPIERO who works in the bike sector as a customer service representative and team leader. He speaks multiple languages like German, English French and he is fluent in all of these Well, I would recommend his services to anyone because he is polite and does his best in everything from servicing bikes to providing real information on bikes. My friend and I went to buy a bike, and he led us through all of the bikes, their pros and disadvantages, and until we were satisfied, he stood by us and made wonderful ideas. The best part is that he is not bothersome in customer service. He gets right to the point. In addition, he did volunteer work. I would suggest this man's services both now and in the future.
